What if I told you, Furm, that the entirety of reality is no different from dreams or delusions? It's all about faith and personal, subjective perspectives which can't be shared in full with any other individual. We're all delusional in our own way. If you think you're so sane, and if you think you can dissect and describe reality through your reason, you'll probably have to revise your opinions. Reality is a thing of emotion and imagination, reason only helps us organize what we find.

Words are thoughts spoken out. In my opinion the meaning behind this particular phrase is so deep and profound. Our thoughts are the creating source of our world, we create every moment of our lives with our thoughts. Our words when spoken with disdian, hatred and anguish create unfavorable circumstances. On the other hand the spoken word of love can create paradise wherever we are. There are so many instances in harry potter movies and books that really do highlight alot about manifesting and creation. And no I'm not talking about the secret or the law of attraction. Manifesting is a deeper philosophy than that, it's more like the truth of life.
@cecilwhinter
@cecilwhinter 3 года назад
@@khushboobatra5900 That's deep ^^ I would be inclined to agree with you :) I think words are really important & the fact that so many feelings, explanations or thoughts like you say are not capable of being said with words, is a proof that our language is unfinished. So many things need to be precise & so many things could have been solved if it was the case. Like how many times someone says ''My stomach hurts'' & it means hundreds of different things for different persons & sometimes doctors not understanding it means the death of someone that could of been saved. Or how many times can you say ''I love you'' to the one you truly love after the words don't mean anything when the moment you say it right now, you know that just saying those words is SO NOT ENOUGH to what you really feel inside.

Some people think this is Dumbledores soul that has been waiting in limbo for Harry’s arrival, but that undermines the “inside your head” comment…I don’t think wizards get a conscious choice of whether they go ‘on’ or become ghosts when they pass through limbo (if a wizard is truly afraid of death they automatically become a ghost, but if they are at least accepting of death as most people would be, they then just pass on, there’s no ‘limbo’ per se where they get to make the actual choice on whether they become a ghost or pass on)…Harry is the only exception because he is effectively being tethered to life because Voldemort used his blood to regenerate his body, so yes he gets to consciously make the choice…of course Harry had no idea what would happen this time when Voldemorts curse struck him in the Forrest, so his subconscious mind conjures up this idea of Limbo (in his case Kings Cross station , the barrier between the muggle and magical world, only now it’s the place between the living realm and afterlife)…he doesn’t know what to do here, so again his subconscious steps in and creates an image of Dumbledore for him since he has always trusted Dumbledores advice…and he takes the opportunity to also forgive Dumbledore for making things so hard and having to keep certain secrets from him…so yes it all happening inside Harry’s head since he didn’t really learn anything new while in Limbo, everything that he and Dumbledore discussed in the book was all stuff Harry could’ve inferred himself…but as he expected Dumbledore would’ve said if it was his legit soul speaking to him in Limbo: “that does not mean it is not real”…

In the books, Dumbledore cries in regret for what he did to Ariana and for being arrogant when he was young. This connects with first book in an amazing way, finally discovering what Dumbledore saw when he looked in the Mirror of Erised (which I personally always wondered). It makes Dumbledore human and not so different to Harry, which has surpased him in bravery going straight to meet his death.

It's funny that Albus Dumbledore spesks about pitying the loveless when he himself didn't exactly have a lot of love in his life and actively cause harm to the one's that love him like his his sister or his brother. And let's not forget his only "true love" became basically Wizard Hitler and he had to confront him and put him in jail. I guess he was a respected and cherished man by many, but that's not love. I kind of think that line, for Dumbledore, was more close to home that Harry thinked.

This is the Dumbledore we wanted and deserved, Michael Gambon should have tried to imitate Richard Harris. Calm, soft-spoken, yet incredibly commanding. Michael Gambons Dumbledore was too aggressive at times, like in goblet, with the "did you put your name in the goblet of fire" in the books it's asked calmly, but in the movie Dumbledore asks furiously, Gambon should have initiated Harris' calm demeanor.

I’m here after Michael Gambon died, it really shows how Dumbledore cared for Harry despite Harry’s brief demise, Harry’s victory over Voldemort, and the lessons he taught him throughout the books and movies. I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who thinks this. I know he was old enough to be Harry’s great grandfather but I also think he was a father figure to him. He was Harry’s protector and teacher and as Hermione said in DH, Dumbledore loved Harry. I also think Dumbledore saw that Harry had a lot in common with him and admired Harry for the fact that he didn’t succumb to temptation like Dumbledore did in his youth. I think he identified with Harry and felt especially protective of him for this reason. By helping Harry to defeat Voldemort, he was both protecting Harry and also atoning for his past sins. I loved their relationship.

@muhammadfaisal5Y5
@muhammadfaisal5Y5 2 месяца назад
I don't think Dumbledore can be called a father figure. He is someone that Harry like so many others looks towards in times of crisis, Dumbledore has always saved Harry from life threatening circumstances and have always been there to help. Dumbledore cares for Harry but most importantly, he is headmaster of a school and also the mastermind behind anti-Voldemort movement. He has to think strategically and if it means putting Harry through challenging situations for the greater good then he would do it. Sirius is the only one who could be called a father figure, not even Lupin whose more of a mentor and family friend.

@@indedgames4359 not really, the author of this comment is correct. Love is the primary theme of Harry Potter. Lily's love for Harry. Snape's love for Lily. Voldemort loses not because he lacks power, he loses because he lacks love. Harry's compassion and love for others wins against Voldemort's lust for power. This is beautifully illustrated by Narcissa Malfoy at the end of the book. She betrays voldemort out of love for her son, and the only reason she does so is because Harry saves Draco, one of his greatest enemies. That is the ultimate message of these books. Love and compassion will ALWAYS defeat fear and power
