Same, it kinda reminds me of Tame Impala (and someone else said George Michael) and im totally down for both of those specific sounds... it even gives me Blood Orange vibes. But it feels exactly like the sound he should have always played with, it really suits his voice imo. Teddy Robinson yeah maybe but I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to represent freedom. I don’t think this song is about a particular person as some people are saying. It seems the lyrics is his personal conflict within himself
