@@herosjourney8725 if I recall, this Hartley has shown he has super hearing when Barry first asked for his help against Godspeed. Given he is very smart and probably knows about the other stolen items, he could also reach the same conclusion as Barry and has been eavesdropping on team Flash or the crime scene the whole time to see what they know

3:10 in other words he wanted firestorm they said no he used special weapons on them. Then Eobard back when he pretended to be wells took him to grodd. He was a mind controlled bad guy for a bit then they never saw him again. So eiling (if I said his name wrong sorry) and team flash aren’t on speaking terms
