You must actually know very little about him. An outspoken racist whose policies and influence provided the KKK and other racists virtually free reign with no fear of punishment throughout his tenure.
@redhawk99 umm the talmages were great people. My father who is in the Georgia state house spent many times with Herman and found him to be a very Christian man. Now you can say he was racist but you also have to remember times were different back then. So don't call two great men in office a reign of terror.
