Many members of the ‘elite’ Ukrainian units that invaded Russia’s Kursk Region often surrender because they are no longer able to fight and want to stay alive, Major-General Apty Alaudinov, the commander of the Akhmat Special Forces from Russia’s Chechen Republic, has said. Alaudinov rejected Kiev’s claims that Russian soldiers executed nine Ukrainian service members in Kursk Region, many of whom were drone operators. The general dismissed the claim as a psyop, arguing that Ukraine “needs to create fake news to discourage its military from surrendering,” as many of its soldiers “openly say they can fight no more.” Despite these efforts, he added, Ukrainian soldiers “often decide to surrender anyway.” “What’s interesting is that the units that they considered to be the most unassailable and elite, they are also beginning to slowly lean toward surrendering, as they want to stay alive,” he said. - RT
Thank you Dima! We appreciate your acquisition of English! Some of the lads feel the need to help you out with English diction but don’t feel diminished. They are just trying to help. Kudos to you!
Couldn t find a source confirming that. Just an AI voiced youtube channel.. which bodes poorly. Google doesn t comes out with anything either. Same for qwant or duckduck go.
@davesiu680: at this point do you really have to need a “source” from such type of information? We all should knows by now that ukr mil has been completely obliterated and nato is very deeply involved which means nato soldiers are in this war. Common sense, no need for sources.
According the Russian sources, the 5 iskander attack was directed at Nikolaev tank repair factory, which at the time housed a number of tanks and armored fighting vehicles, undergoing various stages of repair.
That seems like a lot of effort for a repair facility but there have been reports of Iskanders being used for less valuable targets in recent months. It looks like they have a lot of them.
@@fred4687 Some Russian sources claim, they destroyed over a dosen IFVs, including 6 tanks. Also it is not a "shop" it is a large factory, capable of servicing hundreds of vehicles simultaniously and even manufacturing spare parts for them. So, I wouldn't call it a waste from a military perspective.
Seems like the “best defense systems in the world” are only “the best” when you attack them with poor weapons. Once real stuff joins the game, they get destroyed…
and the thing is that dima said absolutely nothing new in this video, lol ! that's why i mostly watch weeb union because when he drops i know that there is some actual changes on the ground
As a Canadian, Canada should not be involved in ANY Wars of any SORT, Why? BECAUSE OUR MILITARY SUCK BALLS, like holy shit, it's so bad. most of the Equipment are barely usable for service.
A lot can be said about the Canadian military, but that it sucks balls? Mate, learn your history. Or at least take a stroll on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, and look at the statues.

@@feelingspolicedbyyoutubewho’s got one arm tied behind their back?!? The Russians did one 300,000 man mobilization back in September 2022; the Ukrainians have been in a continuous mobilization since the start of the war, they’re now press ganging everything that moves; they’ve raised at least 1.5 million men - yet it’s the Russians who have taken 18% of Ukrainian land, and are constantly advancing to take more.
US tanks equipped with "depleted uranium" rounds. By the way not actually depleted uranium, rather spent uranium. The first type is left over from original processing, the later is waste from reactors.
Ukraine was at the weapons expo last year. The secret electronics shielding materials research at those nuke plants are not so secret since the beginning.

Any auras of optimism surrounding Zelensky’s latest whirlwind world tour have died down and things have settled back into the same old bleak progression as Russian forces continue plowing forward on every front, and even opening up new ones. All the while, Ukrainian prospects are looking grimmer by the hour, with Germany announcing that aid will be halved next year from €8B to €4B and rumors suggesting no heavy equipment will be provided any longer amongst that aid, as there is little left to give. Now it appears that the cancelled Ramstein meeting, nixed under the guise of prioritizing hurricane Milton, will not be rescheduled at all: In reality, Russia continues to signal maximalist intentions, which means Ukraine stands to lose far, far more than its tawdry pundits allow themselves to imagine. Another major Kursk assault reclaimed more territory for Russia, with the Kursk bulge shrinking rapidly for Ukraine. - Simplicius
From Florida & years ago thought the same. Always thought the USA & Russia would made a great tag team in the world. But our US Corporation's Major Stock Holders messed that one up but good.
Some amongst us still hold steadfastly to the callow belief that our Western involvement in this conflict is driven by noble ideals-an earnest quest to defend democracy and liberty. Yet, the reality stands in stark contrast to such lofty rhetoric. We find ourselves entrenched in a situation where the autonomy of the Ukrainian people has already been compromised, not merely by the advancing soldiers of Russia but by the very hand that claims to protect them- us. Our military and economic interventions have transformed Ukraine into a battleground for our geopolitical ambitions, blurring the lines between liberation and exploitation. As we shower Ukraine with aid, we must ask ourselves: Is this assistance genuinely aimed at fortifying their sovereignty, or is it a means of tightening our grip on their future? The truth is that while D.C. scolds Russian advances in Donbas, we fail to recognize the insidious erosion of Ukrainian autonomy that has already taken place under our watch, spanning two decades. Let us not forget that the very same forces we align with-multinational corporations and military contractors-have seized the opportunity to exploit this conflict for their own gain. In this complex web of alliances and interests, it is the Ukrainian people who stand to lose the most, their sovereignty sacrificed on the altar of our strategic calculations. As Russia continues to press its claims and expand its territory, the question looms larger: What will it take for us to acknowledge the inevitable? The prospect of Zelensky capitulating-formalizing the integration of Donbas and Crimea into Russia-serves not as a defeat for democracy, but as a harsh recognition of the price that has already been paid for our misguided interventions. Let us confront the uncomfortable truth: Our involvement is not a noble crusade but a manifestation of our own interests-interests that have already diminished the very freedoms we profess to defend. If we are to speak of liberty, let us not do so with empty platitudes, but with the recognition that in our quest for power, we have counterproductively exacerbated the conflict, and knowingly contribute to the destruction of the people and ideals we claim to support. In this somber moment, may we strive for a deeper understanding of the consequences of our actions, lest we continue to perpetuate a cycle of exploitation disguised as altruism. It is time to reassess our role, not as saviors, but as participants in a tragic narrative where true freedom remains elusive, obscured by the shadows of our imperial ambitions.
Good write but rather late. A friend (Texan) had once asked me, (over a web forum) why do the ME people (Iran burning flags) hate 'us' so much. This was around 2012; and as an Indian; although I had travelled; I didn't have an answer; but now, I know. Not that the Shah was foisted on them; but that he had aligned Iran's interests with the West. The Shah himself had turned American! His Muslim citizens (the educated were among the most progressive thinkers) were 'subjects' and not citizens; (same as in NK?). It was against the Shah on-hand; the people revolted. The US embassy was in the way. Sure, today's Iran is not what the Progressives wanted; but a religious order is far preferable to dictatorship. Thanks anyway.

Good videos and reports, good mapping approach. However, it would make more sense to color sooner in red gray zones not bordering yellow zones. For example, areas right next to the town of Vuhkedar - multiple areas should be red already... Just the latest gray areas would stay gray. Just a friendly suggestion. 😊
He mantains use gray when the area have reports of russian capture from reliable sources, but not are proved by videos with geolocation yet. When he can confirm with geolocation, turn the gray into red
@@vanceofthetube "Winning' and "losing" don't mean much. I guess Germany was "winning" in 1941 and US in 1967. What matters is WHO WON when the war is over. What I meant is that Russia doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency and the longer the war drags the greater chance of some unforeseen circumstance happening. Zhukov would not approve of this dilatoriness.
I wonder from where the UA has got so many fighting Soldiars along the Line near Cherson up to Kursk and how they are still able to start OffensActions. Warhead depends on type used is between 480 to 700kg You realy don't want to be near that.. The reason it looks like it doesn't do much , it penetrates deep due to its speed what Israël uses is coming down at a low velocity, but a 2000 pound jdam has around 400kg explosivs, I doubt Israel uses the 2000 pound , they would use the 500pound version

@@ironmonkey1512 I believe when you mass produce these and spread the cost over 200, it is far cheaper. If you are just making 20 of them, there are far fewer to spread the overhead costs. I would say they probably cost a million dollars a missile or less now.
Why do you always show so little progress by Russians in Kursk? Are you not aloud? Because most I read everywhere else the ukrains are short ofsupplies, surrounded and losing armor like a child eating candy. This war needs to end before zelensky starts conscripting 16 year old children.
Hey Deema, if I may, Slow down on using the word obviously, sounds a bit tacky; I also noticed you like to use the phrase telling the truth, or to tell the truth, which is great, but why are you telling the truth at this time, does it mean any other time you were not telling the truth? There are different versions about what missiles were used in that strike but using 5 at a time indicates that the much hyped hits on ammo dumps doesn't seem to have had much effect.
It is not true, that it was the first time that more than one missile was used for one building. I think it was in 2023 when the Russian troops destroyed an Ukrainian bunker with several NATO officiers inside by hitting it with three missiles if I remember right.
