In this video:
A quick showcase how you can harvest and package microgreens using a knife into plastic container. The white "pillow" is an absorber which removes excess water and improves the shelflife of the product. Notice how most of the microgreens almost stands up in the container after harvest. This also improves how you can dispaly the product but also makes it more convinient for the chef when they are going to use the product,
