Yeah, I would even liked to have seen Neca get the rights. They've done really well with their figures.

@@MightyMorphinDJ Yeah, they appeared in them to fight the Putties, it's not like other superheroes where they were just background.

It would, Their have been so many great villains over the years. Don't get me wrong, there have been some turds as well, but there are so many others that deserve the spotlight!

I'm with you, the CEO in charge at the time had every intention of blowing up the franchise but after his death, the new guy in charge just didn't have a clue, didn't see the potential or didn't care...

@@MightyMorphinDJ I totally agree with you guys on that. There are lots of stories and stuff they can do with Zeo especially involving Jason. So I really hope that they continue doing the Power Rangers comics so we can get to the ninja arc and the Zeo arc.

Yea, I really think bringing mmpr to cartoon is the way to go, that way they could use the original characters and not have to worry about the actors or the terrible job they’ve been doing with cgi.. would love to see it in cartoon..

Not to mention since they already do TMNT, we know they can do figures real well and might see figures for the Dimension X Rangers soon. Of course we'll likely have to wait for five more Power Morphers before we get a chance for Turbo onward to get new Morpher releases.

You know what would be cool, the MMPR morpher hooked up to viles of OOZE, as portrayed in the MMPR VS TMNT Comics.

Maybe Playmates will continue the Lightning Collection and get Squat, Baboo, Rito, & Master Vile to close out the Mighty Morphin era. Then the fans and those that are fatigued with Mighty Morphin can see some Zeo figures come along. I never get fatigued myself. MMPR through In Space vintage figures are my cup of tea when it comes to my collection, but mostly MMPR villains in the Lightning Collection for me. I only got Green Ranger of the Rangers just because he was evil to begin with. I got the retro-morphin set of 8 Rangers. I'm still deciding if I want to pay a premium for the other 8 (counting Rocky & Adam and White/Tommy) Rangers in the Lightning Collection. I bought up all the Super7 ReAction figures because they were the same scale as the '95 McDonald's movie figures so even though they were expensive I thought they were cool enough to warrant getting them. Was hoping for an Ivan Ooze, Tanga Warriors, and Ninja Mega Falconzord in that line. Playmates, here's my wishlist. 🤓

I hope so, I just wish there were something out their "officially" stating that there was a plan. I know they want to save a big reveal for the grandest stage in all of nerd-dom. But at least give us a hint, some hope, a light at the end of this tunnel of Power Rangers despair we all find ourselves in.

Boom came out at a weird time as they hit when I stopped buying individual issues to comics and moved on to omnibuses and oversized hardcover collections. I enjoyed what I read, but it wasn't enough to continue getting the issues and then I missed out on those big collections, so I just stopped caring.

It took me a few years to start reading them, but once i did, I couldn't put them down. I know they wont be everyones cup of tea but I think boom has done a fantastic job with them.

By the time I started reading, the individual issues were impossible to find. I started buying them by the volume. Lucily, you can still find those. Looks better on the shelf to.

He has been and will always be greatly missed.
