My thyroid is not over or under, i only have half of it. My doctor for 10 years would not give me any medication, they said it is working 100%. I was told to go on a diet and go to the gym. I am so tired, my joints and muscles hurts so much

I’ve got thyroid issues and it’s a blooming nightmare at times makes me tired , definitely weight gains and sluggish most days but tend to keep active even though I am out of it by the evening I was diagnosed in my teens so definitely had this issues for a long time but you do expect it that it ain’t gonna go away it’s here with you forever x

@@DrEzgiOzcan It really does feel like that I am very lucky though I have a fantastic support system especially my friends bless them they always tell me to take my time and don’t over do yourself. Family friends and my partner always makes things a heck of a lot easier for me. We always have a giggle that’s the best medicine as I have other issues as well I am just grateful everyday for the people in my life to be there if I need them but I always say to my friends sometimes it does feel like an a burden on them which I don’t like myself but they always say to me always here for you it’s a very weird thing especially with chronic Illness cos you still want to be your independent self to x

That's interesting, I had heard of goiters before but I was wrong about what I thought they were and I will now be more vigilant about taking my pill!

@@DrEzgiOzcan I realise that I know a couple of people in the same family who have one... I didn't know it had a name...I suppose most things do, but sometimes I just take things for granted and don't really notice!

As mentioned at the end of the video if you have concerns about low thyroid hormones you should consult your own doctor who will assess you and decide on the appropriate tests

You're not talking about non of the diet and when you have hoshimoto's is very important you to do a diet so your thyroid won't be attacked anymore.

There’s a root cause though. Most doctors just wanna give rx and not look for the root cause. Which could be because of metal, parasites, bacteria and fungus. Mine is almost in remission without any doctor help bc after 5 doctors they just wanna give me rx.

Hello Dr Ezgi, I really appreciate your work. The Content is super amazing and very informative. However, you seem to be inconsistent in the content post and Video editing. ***** Many of these people have had plastic surgery. In particular, breast Implants. Putting something FOREIGN in your body will eventually set off an autoimmune response of some kind. Of course, the interplay of genetics and the environment is always a factor in determine the TYPE of autoimmune condition you get. There is information out there in medical journals on Hashimotos and BREAST IMPLANTS.
