It and a lat drop were my go to move on my feet. I would also inside trip, or footsweep the underhook side. I only wrestling two years in college, my last match I got it four times on the guy. Then I also would work in a lat drop into it. I was usually taller so I can to slow down their leg attacks. When I coached it was always the coaches trip, and they never could figure it out. I remember getting it on our best kid in the room. He said "you used my move on me, I replied I've be doing that since before you were born. " I love our sport.
