As a fresh blanket of snow spread across the Aquarium, a penguin chick started to break out of its shell. Once the chick hatches, we will formally introduce it and share its journey as it joins our colony under the best of care from our dedicated team. This week is not only exciting for Mystic Aquarium, but it helps contribute to the continued protection of the endangered African Penguin population!
