In this video, Preston Smiles answers how to deal with haters. Here's the deal: whenever you're doing anything that people deem good or in the public eye, there are going to be people that come and try to chop you down. People say, "Haters going to hate" and they hate haters, it's more hate.

Hate is heavy. When you are carrying hate, you hurt you more than you hurt them. The best way on how to deal with haters is to understand that love is all there is. And if love is all there is, then our response to hate is to be love, to recognize the love in them.

You know you're on the "right" path when haters start popping up. I have encountered some real haters lately. I could see through all of the fakes smiles and comments to what was really there. But the dope part is I know "the only thing missing from any situation is what I'm not giving". Our job is to LOVE them any way. I come from a place where when someone hits you, you hit them back 5 times harder than they hit you. Which as we all know leaves two hurt people and no solution. Im not saying to retreat, I'm saying see what they are really saying under the words. Which is usually "I'm hurting and I want you to feel my pain". So if you're being slandered or hated on, send them love and keep it mov'n. For haters are confused admirers, who believe what's for you is actually for them.

+Preston Smiles I really liked the video. But I find it really hard to let go. I'm finding myself in so much pain on my journey and everything is coming back up to the surface. Smetimes I feel like I just wanna belong. I've been feeling such anxiety in crowds and so so insecure. I guess I'm scared of having haters. idk how to deal with haters. I try to love them but it's so hard, and it doesn't seem to work for me. or maybe I'm not there yet.

Preston. Your the man. The smile that my soul sends out to the universe when my RU-vid notification alerts me that Preston smiles just uploaded another video! I thank you sir for your time and words! In my line of work that I've recently decided to become apart of I get people who put me down daily. I don't let anything get to me because I'm a firm believer in law of attraction. If I allow it in somewhere it will have to come back out. I do not want to give anyone a bad feeling or memory. Your words help me when its really tough. And the team I've built in the last 8 months, your videos have truly helped some of them as well. Don't worry the pits downs and telling me I'm crazy are minimal to all the people I get to pick up and help along this journey. Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs!! But it is easier said than done. Haters misunderstand even the acts of love as hatred!! Sometimes we just have to leave it into the hands of the Sovereign One and keep praying that they will find the source of true love!

Thank you for building this incredible channel for us all Preston. I completely resonate with your message. Haters are confused. I have learned to overcome ANY hater simply by focusing on my own health and love and well being. Focusing on ME after being rejected by everyone around me for following my dreams and being bold enough to tell them all that We are all ONE and we are all LOVE just like you do. Many family members, so called friends, and acquaintances have displayed hypocritical actions towards me. So many seems to be forgetting who we truly are and how we are ALL equal. We are ALL worthy of love and abundance. We are deserve forgiveness and another chance. Because we all have made mistakes along our journey. So NOW I continue to choose unconditional love for myself and I continue to Love this present moment as I recognise this is all there is and this is pure LOVE. Peace to all

I also watched an Nathyananda, Indian guru who teaches the vedic belief that you will always win an argument when you stay within "Advaitha", which is realising the truth that another is just an extension of ourselves and that we are one. and when you stay in the space of "advaitha", and someone argues with you, you do not argue, you do not get angry, and you do not resort to violence. If another tries to demonstrate violence against you, he says, his own being will not support him in hurting you because you have realised a divine truth about yourself and the universe. This is such a great message... I watch this with Johnny often... the repetitive nature helps him to understand clearer and clearer - that hater/bully factor that takes place...He's 8 and because his nature is genuine kindness - he doesn't understand "haters"... and in truth - I'm glad he doesn't BUT he just needs to be "aware" - so he's learning fast... lol This is a powerful message for young kids as well as adults... So i watched this a while ago and thought it was great but i usually don't get a lot of haters that i notice... Today i got some hate from someone i thought was one of my good friends... and yeah... It stung and i found myself tossing and turning on what to do so i remembered this video and it's really helped me shake it off and give a bit of love to this person :)

You notice the haters are usually the folks with no content. Maybe one photo. They don't put themselves out there cause there's nothing in there. Just a pair of eyeballs really your biggest fan probably

Life is what you make of it. Love or Hate, good or bad does not exist. It is only real in your mind because you label it that way. It is naive to open your heart to people who are not willing or ready accept "love". On the one hand I certainly agree that hating a hater or hitting back someone 5 times harder will solve nothing. However, those people who are ignorant do not deserve warmth and welcome either. It is like inviting a wolf into a hen house. Do not attack or provoke or respond to people who are hateful because their hate is like rotten garbage and making contact with it will make you reek of it as well. I do not like to take out the garbage or wash the dishes but I know if they pile up it will attract unsavory vermin. Just make sure to take them out of your lives or wash away their insults because the haters can only hate you if you're present for them to hate you.

Im not denying what your saying, though you are a bit non succinct and carry on a bit. It's not as black and white as what you're saying. Yes there are a lot of haters out there, but don't confuse every haters with someone who might have a legitimate opinion about you for good reason...most likely for the dumb shit that you do. Anyone can be who or what they want, but by obnoxiously putting yourself in the public eye you open yourself up to criticism. For some people its easier to write this criticism off as people being haters so they can continue to self serve themselves rather than face to cause and effect of their actions. I'm getting a bit subjective with this, but in any case, you should probably get over yourself and just live your life.
