I recently tried the Shut The Cluck Up. It was definitely hot but not as bad as i expected. I did have an afterburn in my stomach for a few hours after.

Y’all are close to my neck of the woods. My husband works in Nashville. I have never been there before. I can’t do hot.

The sides are GREAT the chicken is hot and tender but not as tasty as Helens in Murfreesboro. I got the hottest they had and had to double dip into the blue cheese to save myself from exploding really got my blood pressure up lol but I made it.

Looks to me the tenders are the way to go.

There is a Gus's Fried Chicken just a couple of blocks from me. I love their hot spicy chicken although their menu is limited. Gus's is all we have for authentic hot Nashville chicken unless you count Popeye's which is very mildly spiced (it's for wimps). Hattie B's looked great, I like that they give ya plenty of pickles with the meal.
