A view unlike any other on the entire peninsula. It comes around only one day a year and I missed it four years in a row. But the best part was spending an afternoon in the cab of a giant combine and talking some real Behind The Door stuff with 81 year old Ken Draves, a humble, hardworking 4th generation farmer.

I was part of oat harvest for over 50 years.Watching this has brought tears to my eyes.It is a rare privilege to grow crops and to do it where you are is really special. I miss farming so much!! Glad I found this. Thanks 🥲.

I've probably driven past that farm 30 times in my life on my way to and from Door County. But I never saw it in the eloquent way that you've posed it here. Another great video Kevin. Just a couple of days prior to watching the video I had commented to a photography buddy that I really like agriculture photos, combining in particular.
