Maraming salamat! Great videos. Decided not to go to the selectum but will be heading to Varadero in a few days. Kind of wish we did pick it but the reviews said the beach and pool lack shade and the beach was a bit rocky. Looks okay in your videos though! First time there and definitely will do the bus to the town based on what you showed us. Not sure if we'll do the Havana tour, but that looks great as well. Thanks again!

Excellent. Yes the beach is rocky in front of the hotel, but very nice closer to the pier. The sand is soft & no rocks & snorkling was good. Have fun!

How much did you pay for the ride to Havana and how did you book with your tour guide?

The going rate was $170 US. We got his number though friends that go to Varadero often.

how deep is the pool

It less than 5 ft on the deep end. Not too deep at all.
