Oh god now that word "underrated" is being used for amateur musicians too. 🤦. I agree the guy is pretty damned good, but how can he possibly be underrated? He hasn't been on any charts?

OUTSTANDING!!! The tone is absolutely killer. Can you tell us about the backing track or are you just playing over the original? Very few good Cigar backing tracks out there. Tks.

Hi - I always play over the top of the original - so no backing track. I mix the track in a way that makes my guitar stand out so what you hear is pretty much all me. Hope that helps!

Thanks! It's a Throbak Overdrive Boost... which is a brilliant clone of the Colorsound Power Boost that Gilmour used.. plus a Phase 90

That is a BIG question! I’ve done nearly 250 songs now so it’s a lot of trial and error… improving the equipment piece by piece. A lot of it depends on what you are trying to achieve… are you looking to do RU-vid videos?

Thanks! I got my first electric guitar nearly 40 years ago! I’ve always played…. It never worried too much about being brilliant at it. I just enjoy it and am no better than most other guitarists. I’m just a little bit more stubborn!

Ha! It's actually a Japanese Fender Strat... and the I fitted the Gilmour pickups from Radioshop Pickups. Plays great... sounds great! (and a lot cheaper)
