Believe it or not, I never learned this growing up. I didn't know how to jump rope. But because this is such a good exercise, I decided to learn how to do it.
It didn't take me long to learn it. Nothing fancy. But I was able to do it.
In the clinic, we started adding this to patients' programs to get them back to their active lifestyles.
Some people who do this a lot, including a staff of mine and a friend, started developing pain in their shin area. And they don't know why or what to do about it.
