Antennas from transmitters that scan for your garage opener frequency: this has to be someone who has been watching you and knows you have something in your garage. In a high-density, urban environment, it can be difficult to be aware of every single person that's around when you pull in or out of your garage. The precautions almost border on paranoia these days. It has come to the point with me, that if the vehicle and wheels are insured, let something happen (if it ever happens) and let the insurance company sort it out. But I've never had my vehicle or wheels stolen (knock on wood). I have, however, had sound systems stolen from two different vehicles and it is not a good feeling.
@@PhilipTamorria Eyyy thanks man I appreciate that... The story does have a happy ending though.... She was recovered about 3 weeks later in the depths of the city somewhere lol
I have a set of te37sl that I have never actually had on my Z. I've had them for about 5 years now. I keep a set of cheaper wheels on it. The generic wheel locks are garbage. You can go into almost all auto stores and buy those keys. I have a set of Ray's lug nuts that are rounded on the outside and are seven sided on the inside. They say if something is put into the nut that isn't the seven sided tool, it's supposed to break. I don't think they are 100%, but I've read they help alot. There is also a company that makes cone shaped locks that are supposedly 100% unstealable. Both of these are very expensive though.
