I’ve watched and read thousands of hours of music education content. I want to say, some of the videos that have helped open my eyes to music and level up my playing the most, are yours. You have a beautiful way of taking these concepts and making them so simple and easily applicable, I can’t believe I wasn’t using them already. You’re a fabulous teacher, I can’t believe this is just free on RU-vid.

You are the best piano teacher on RU-vid for real. He explains what he does so u apply it to other songs . Most of the other RU-vidrs either use more basic chords or don’t explain well enough. And most of the ones with good chords are not Christians so they post a bunch of other stuff and don’t post Christian song tutorial . But keep up the good work I really appreciate a lot.

Thats what they play for El Shaddai. Sometimes You can replace E7 with Bb13 or Bb11

Hey man really good tutorial. I was wondering how are you able to play the chords instantly on the fly. Like if I want to play a diminished chord I have to think for like five seconds and figure out where the notes are before I can actually play it.

Merci beaucoup for this. I think when I started this was out of my pay grade. But you took it slowly, showed everything and it started to make sense. I finished in a higher tax bracket. I subbed since I want to see more. BTW I will have a video out soon for how to do exercises...for the pianist. Low back, but also shoulder and arm & hand. Also some self-treatment. Very good especially for strength in the little finger. Stay tuned.

Slow the video down. And if you have watched many of his tutorials he has taught them and he uses those chords a lot
