same when i came home brown was in my underwear so i threw it out and my underwear kept on being brown i thought something was wrong with me until i noticed it was blood

tips for cramps: ❤ - hot water bottle - dark chocolate - drink lots of waterrr - get warm and cozy like blankets socks - take care of urself do what u love - skincare, face masks, journaling etc I can’t think of anymore rn I’ll add if I can ❤
@@pixylyySAME!! What a coincidence lol. My friend said to change your pad every 3-6 hours depending on your flow and you should change your pad about 5-7 times daily (normal). It’s so scary tho I missed 2 days of school because I’m to scared to be in front of people

i just got mine today ;( its painful!! But here are some tips: Wear socks to keep your body warm Avoid cold water/food Bring 3 pads or extra (if yours is heavy) Bring hand sanitizer to school after dealing with your blood NEVER eat or touch someone without cleaning your hands take a hot shower Use wipes to clean your area and keep it clean Make sure to take care of yourself Eat a lot of food DO NOT DO HARD EXERCISES such as but not limited too: body/hard movement dances, lifting hEAVY weights! etc. This will most likely cause your period to be extremely late because your brain will forget about sending the blood down! If you do not have your period It's basically like a leakage but it is constant after your blood leaks, you get bad cramps. It's ok, take Advil or headache/pain relief medicine. Always know NEVER BE EMBARACED everyone goes through it! Love you, be strong!
Also it does take a while to be normal and happen only once a month it might happen twice a month but it’s normal because it is just gonna take a little for it to only happen once a month no hate or anything just telling you

@@CC-qx6ss wow, you’re probably 9(not hating on nine year olds) or something that’s why I’ll explain, some people have heavier or lighter periods and they can variate in colour, each girl has a different period cycle. Some people have red blood while for some people it’s brown and sometimes even black, that is all natural and nothing to be worried about but if you notice something strange than you should talk to your doctor about it. Like I said, there is a finite amount of colors blood should be, if it is any other color, as your comment implies it is “not always like that”, that is concerning. When i started my period it was in primary in year 6 i was eating lunch when i felt something weird i assumed it was my period starting so i walked to the toilets calmly then i got really nervous suddenly and ran into the boys toilets 😭😭 i was so dumb So i realised i went into the wrong one and ran out into a girls one so quick i could of been flash. I pulled down my pants and there it was a chunk of blood in my pants ✨ it was literally sparkling it looked like jam fr i just stared at it for 3-4 mins like wth i just walked out the bathroom like nothing happened 😭 dumb me 🔥

I got my period this morning and it was a deep brown, and when I used the bathroom, it was deep red, and when I used the bathroom at Rainforest Café it was pure black 😭
This video above isnt right, black period blood isnt really "black". It just means its a VERY dark red. When blood get exposed to oxogen, (air) it turns darker, almost black looking. It also does NOT mean you have a blockage in your vagina. It is not dangerous and you dont have to worry! It is very normal. However if you have any concerns, go see a gynecologist :)
Just asking not questioning your period but how did you know it was period blood and not discharge cos I’ve had brown discharge today and yesterday and I don’t know if it’s a period or discharge
From what I know, the brown blood comes before your period. When I got mine, I simply had pies and saw dark blood. I don’t believe it will be brown when your period starts!
Can I ask something? So I got my period yesterday for the first time and ppl say when you get your first period, then you miss 3 months of your period before your second one. Is that true? I honestly don’t know🤷♀️
When you get your first one, it will be a bit off schedule, like you might miss a month or get it really late or really early, but I don’t think you would miss 3 months after your first one!
I have pink and yeah, I got it a few days ago and it's also very hard to hold it. Because of it I couldn't go to school and it really hurts 😣. Girls we are super special and being a girl is very very hard, girls get pregnant and it also obviously hurts and we get our period and it's very hard for girls. Boys don't see that we have pain but our pain, is in our heart and only girls can see each other's pain. 😞
Gosh this was a while ago… I was angry at my body. If this thing happens it means ur period is about to end a few days later and that you’re at the end of it 😇 but don’t be too happy for light brown discharge and always wear a panty liner🙄
Mine is pink! (I did only start my period last year in thanksgiving break.) I’m 9, and I still don’t rlly get it, although this did help (sorta) so thank you!
@@aj195 they aren't eggs. They are blood build ups when your uterus can't manage to get the blood out. Most women feel cramps if they have blood clots.

bathroom! Always to the bathroom unless you don't have supplies. It's fine! In every school bathroom I've been in, there has been a period product bin. Just wrap it in toilet paper and bin it :]
i have heavy days for my bloody friend- (yes, i leak sometimes. I HATE YOU DAMN UTERUS!) and i usually see red, dark red, brown, and i see black lining. however, when i looked closer i just realized it was a really dark red.
Ppl i stared my period at 11 story time: so i came home whith being really angry and came in my house into my bathroom and i saw blood on my pantys and i called my mom and my mom said i stared my first period and called my dad and told him i stared my period and then she taught me how to put on my pad and fell asleep and my mom said i might get nlood clots and i did and i fell asleep and kept on waking me up to change my pad ❤❤❤ i stared mine on the January 6 2023 now im 12 i got used to it i guess 😂

Yes! That’s okay! Dark red is heavy flow (a bit more blood will come) Brown is normal, too. I was confused at first, but I found out it is normal! It’s either the blood or dried blood you see as brown.
Mine is dark red, here is a story and sorry im late Feb 6th 2024 My teacher said we were gonna take a bathroom break, and i felt like i had to go so I waited in the line and finally when 1 girl came out i went and i waited for a girl to get out the stall with 2 more people waiting, a few minutes later she left and then i went in. And yk what i did i (dont say this is cringe) i peed and it was yellow and then became a slight light red, when i finished i wiped my self Pt 2 at 10 likes
I really recommend you get panty liners, if you're changing them out that often then liners are worth it, you basically wear them all day and they're like a pad, but thinner and they keep your underwear nice and clean. I know this comment was a while ago so you might even have liners already, but talk to your mom about it and see if she can get you some if you don't have any already.
