In this video, I interviewed Anders Olmanson as part of the REMastered Sleep Webinar I hosted last month.
Anders is the creator and inventor of the REMplenish water bottle - the first ever water bottle that is designed to help the muscles of the mouth and face while you drink. It uses all of the same principles and concepts of myofunctional therapy, and I've been recommending it to my students and patients since I discovered it.
In this interview, my MyoMentor graduates and students had a chance to ask Anders questions about his amazing invention.
It can be used on its own, or as part of a myofunctional therapy program. Either way, it's a pretty cool product and very forward-thinking.
