Having delicious Manti in Istanbul! The ravioli of this region of the world. 

We had manti a few times during our visit in Istanbul. It was often described on menu's as Turkey's version of a ravioli but the texture of the skin was more reminiscent of a dumpling skin. Regardless, we really enjoyed it.
