I have a Brozz 250 (basically the same bike) and the starter won't do anything when I hit the switch. I know the battery is dead, but there was still no response when I hooked up a jump pack and tried "force start." My first step is going to be a new battery, then I'll check that relay you pointed out.
ok so if you have a jump pack. you can use the frame as a ground and then put the positive straight to the terminal on the starter. once you turn the jump pack on, the starter should turn.
@@Simpsons.R.S -- I tried jumping the starter and shot sparks all over. But then I put in a new battery. The starter didn't engage until I laid a wrench across the terminals of the solenoid, then it started right up. So I just ordered one off Amazon for $8.37. Thanks for posting this video! I wouldn't have known about this fix without it.
@Makermook oh wow. ya jumping the relay is basically doing the same thing as putting 12v straight to the starter... but heck if you got it to turn over thats all that matters 💪
