Hey Guys the Kingpin/Maya scene is straight out of the comics. Don't worry he's not dead.

That Hawaiian shirt that Kingpin is wearing is based of the Mark Waid James Robinson run "Spiderman Family Business" storyline. The Larpers are the GOAT. One hell of a season finale for Hawkeye. Even the ending with Echo as she shoots Kingpin on the face says he is going to be blind when Echo series starts. The Rambo style jump with Barton into the tree was crazy.

I love the offense on Yelena's face after the slap. To me it felt like she was offended that 1: Kate hit her, and 2: it wasn't a proper punch

They actually played his music from the Netflix show when he came on screen, as well as him wearing his Fathers cufflinks like in season 1 of DD (maybe a sign that vanessa is gone, so he's gotten even darker)

Had a complete nerdgasm when I saw Kingpin walking with his iconic cane in his purple pants and white shirt.

Everyone who is freaking out about Kingpin should just relax… There’s no way he’s dead, Marvel is smart enough to realize how significant his character is and they aren’t going to waste him in this series. He’ll be coming back for sure. Don’t stress out about it… 😂

Kingpin is not dead. They redid the comic event where Echo shot out Kingpin’s eye.

I guess we must wait for Echo's series to see what really happens with Kingpin. And i really hope Daredevil makes an apperance in Echo's series. Cuz they are partners in the comics.,

There are times when Hailee seems like she's on the verge of cracking up because she's having so much fun playing Kate. I dig it.

The NYFD put the fire out before it got crazy--Yelena was still able to use the kitchen to cook food, so the damage wasn't too bad. 24:30 I don't think we should worry about what just happened to Kingpin. The man got shot in the center of the chest with an arrow by Kate. Soon after that, a speeding car put him through a department store wall, lol. Wait! There's more!! Kate flicked his cufflink at the arrows at his feet igniting all sorts of explosive arrows, and Kingpin caught the blast full on and hit the ceiling and the floor with all that force. And my man STILL GOT UP! Are we to believe that after all he went through that a single bullet takes him out? I don't think so. I can't wait until the next MCU Disney Plus show, but until then we have Boba Fett next week =D

The reveal that Clint's wife was Mockingbird made me happy.

For everyone complaining about kingpin, they didnt kill him off it was straight out of echo's comics, he got shot in the eye and was *temporarily* blind. also they wouldnt dare kill him considering hes the main villain in the upcoming echo series. we also got mcu daredevil announced recently, which kingpin is a big part of the plot.

I love Jack. I'm so glad that all this chaos didn't sour his attitude. Also, yeah a Hawkeye game would be great. I could see the arrow types being like Ratchet and Clank weapons. They upgrade with use and get fuckin' wild.

The trick arrow at 15:06 looked like Wakanda tech. It would be an awesome callback to CW and Endgame, with BP and Clint.

Echo series will probably explain how he survived. He has armored vest after all. Even the hawaiian shirt is probably laced with layer of kevlar xd

When Kingpin said to Maya family sometimes doesn’t see eye to eye that is foreshadowing that he loses his eyesight temporarily from the gunshot.

Really loved the chemistry between Kate Bishop and Yelena. Love to see more scenes of them together.

I never read the comics, but now I'm wondering if they will switch it up and make Jack/The Swordsman the person to mentor the Kate version of Hawkeye since mom turned out to be the bad guy and she doesn't really have anyone there in the city.

I hope, HOPE that we get a second season!!! 💕 I have loved this series from day one & it’s probably my favorite of all the Marvel shows!

What a ride this show was. I didn't anticipate much from this series, but it was damn good. Up next now (for the MCU on Disney Plus) is Moon Knight!

Kingpin right off the bat! Happy he is back too. Was satisfied with the show overall. Glad they didn't kill Clint. There is no way he is dead, return in Echo show. Kate starts Young Avengers, Yelena her own group Thunderbolts. Nice touch with song at end!

This entire episode had me jumping and screaming and oohing and aaahing and crying and OMG. I am still on a high. I loved this whole episode. I loved this whole series. Kingpin better not be dead cause I hope to see more of him and Maya too. And that heart to heart between Yelena and Clint...sigh. Just awesome so awesome.

If season 2 could be Kate bishop hawkeye and yelena black widow that would be greeaaaaaaat. With some Clint involvement as well.

I agree with Robert: We need a Hawkeye game. I think you should have the choice of being either Clint or Kate, and the objective at the end of each level should be to make it home in time to take Lucky out for a walk.

Another great show! Kingpin is such a scary guy to talk to when he's upset. I believe Yelena could've easily knocked out Kate if she really wanted to, but I think she just secretly wants to "play" with her for a bit. Yelena's hair is AMAZING! Also No Way Home and the full Rogers Musical number are the best Christmas presents from Marvel! Merry Christmas to you couple!

Possible spoilers....... In the comics Maya shot Kingpin, and he went blind for a while. Might be interesting for him to be blind if they bring back Daredevil for the Echo tv show

that moment with clint and yelena made me cry!!! this along w/ no way home and doctor strange 2 teaser is too much for me as a fan of the MCU.

THE KINGPIN MAYA SCENE WAS FROM THE COMICS He came back alive but only blind because he was shot in the eye I believe this is the set up for the Echo spin-off

Totally expected that arrow to blow up...Loki in NY style. Lol... it's fine. Kazi got what he deserved. Kingpin's not dead...not even close. This episode is the best of the series, and one of the best in Marvel TV show history.

We didn't see it so I don't think he's really dead. If anything they gave a reason for Echo to move on in her own series, if she thinks he's dead she can focus on other things, but I'm sure he'll be back at some point.

Fisk isn't dead. In the comics, Maya shoots him in face and blinds him. Notice that he said "family doesn't always see eye to eye."

There is a .00001% chance that Kingpin is dead. The fact that he was shot off screen tells us they are saving him for something later. Vincent sure can play the psychos, starting with Private Pyle in "Full Metal Jacket" back in 1987, though Kingpin is more controlled.

This was such a fun resolution to this series, even the comic like shooting of Kingpin by Echo. He survives and I imagine he (and Matt Murdock) will show up in the Echo series.

In the comics Echo shoots Kingpin in the eye and he lives, that eye for a eye line was a call back to that, so if Kingpin comes back in the Echo show he'll have one eye.

What a most wonderful way to finish off the series. I sure hope that Kate & Yelena will cross paths once again in the future.

The show sets up that heroes do the right thing even if it’s costly by having Kate have her mom arrested because she had someone murdered, but then undermines that theme by not having Kate turn in Clint for being Ronin and murdering people, effectively and inadvertently proving Yelena’s point that someone being an “Avenger” has so much power that the bad stuff they do is effectively swept under the rug.

Come now, you two. Don't fall for the 'Squid Game' trick. :P Seriously, though, that final scene between Maya and Kingpin was right out of a famous moment from the comics where she shoots him point-blank and he survives it. It'll likely be the same here with him being back for her show, Echo.

I enjoyed this show a lot I don’t get what people saying when they say Kingpin was disrespected, he lost some of his power cause of the blip so he trying to regain it by using the track suits. And it’s funny cause he used Russians in the Netflix show before killing them. Clint and Kate are awesome together and Jack is the best lol he was legit just a good guy

I have just watched the series a second time and am even more excited. It was fun to watch the finale with you two and hope for a second season. The reason the suit didn't burn in Kate's apartment is because the building's sprinkler system came on as they were leaving.

I doubt that gunshot took him out if he is the same kingpin from the Netflix series but obviously softly rebooted it probably wounded him

It took longer than I hoped to watch this series but having done so, this is my humble - and yet, correct - opinion. Hawkeye is the strongest & most enjoyable of the Disney + MCU series thus far, by some fair distance. Unlike WandaVision which started with an interesting format & compelling exploration of grief, only to lose its way in the last two episodes, or Loki, which essentially stopped being about Loki by the halfway mark, Hawkeye maintained a consistent tone and storytelling thread throughout ( the less said about Falcon & the Winter Soldier, the better). The ground level vibe was like the best of the Netflix MCU series, and folding in the second best villain from those series - after Kilgrave - matched that tone perfectly. I think that Hawkeye could very easily be given a second series and, unlike Loki, it would be free to tell any NEW story they wanted because this series succeeded in telling its story (unlike Loki, again) . My only real complaint would be the end credit scene - seriously, what the actual f**k? Awful. I know that Broadway style of musical can be good.....but that was...not. So what was the point? Did I miss something? Other than that - because of that - 9/10

Vanessa's very close. A fireproof suit isn't completely fireproof. No manmade items can completely survive diving into the Sun (tho the Parker Solar Probe has come closest). Basically "fireproof" resists fire up to a certain temperature for a certain amount of time. You can make a 'special fire' by adding an accelerant like lighter fluid when you barbecue or kindling when you want to start a campfire or fire in a fireplace. Those are cases where you are boosting the fire to ignite barbecue coal or branches for a campfire or logs in a fireplace.

The Avengers are just wrecking shop all over NYC. Again. Lol

Other reactors (I'm pretty sure it was the Normies) pointed out that, if they had tried to incorporate all the trick arrows we saw in this episode when Hawkeye first appeared, the audience probably would have just rolled their eyes and called it cheesy/unrealistic. But since we've had so many years and so much build-up, people are instead excited to see them. And Natasha Romanov is still the best supporting character in the MCU, even after her death.
