She didn't kill it for herself. if you listen to the song she tells you everything. She killed it cause it had cornered her daughters. Her real daughters who are in hell with her. The two girls in the room. She is scared war could risk the lives of those she loves.

There were a surprising number of people who watch this show without knowing the point of a musical is that the songs are important, apparently most people don't listen to the lyrics of anything🥲 (Even when they watch it on their own time with the lyrics on screen because there was a reviewer that was complaining about a weapons seller not wanting "the people of hell" to die completely disregarding the entire point of Carmilla's song😅)

Which is a ridiculous reason in my opinion because they're all already always under attack to begin with. Arm the rest of your people to fight back. At least make the odds more even.

Again. So just subsidize for those people you don't care about to take the initial inevitable brunt of the attack, weakening your enemy for you to make easier for you to inevitably have to deal with. @@shanajeangedeon9060

Carmine probably goes out as soon as she can after cleanses to collect any holy weapons left around because how valuable they are. Get to them first so she can use/ sell the metal. Probably ran into a some stragglers that hadn't left yet.
