That's one of my favorite parts actually. Husk is used to the explicit jokes and even seems to LIKE them at that point. I like how this adds to the idea of Husk and Angel bonding and basically being the closest duo in Hazbin besides Charlie and Vaggie.
@@Theoriginal_Divlymeh, i see them more like friends, ppl need to normalize a friend duo without making them a couple, sometimes it's the best option tbh
@@javathehunt790 valid, but I personally think that friendship doesn't stand in the way or being ruined. Because if they end up together it means that they already would have established and trusting base for relationship which would benefit from that, I like their dynamic either way. About bar scene, I think it works kinda both ways as a flirt or just them enjoying each other company, but I'm glad scene went the way in did, it shows their development, especially Angel's, he's being respectful towards Husk's boundaries and don't putting this act
17:54 husk: *smiling, singing and hugging his friends* alastor: *runs in* and were doing it with a smile!! everyone: *happy* husk: *stops singing and frowns* (bro this is the laziest thing ever how on earth did it get 400 likes? 😂)
I love how in the last episode, not only does Husk put himself between the exterminators and Angel and Cherri, basically willing to die if it meant keeping them safe (even going as far to have his wings spread to their full wingspan likely to catch any weapons that get thrown) but he also joins in with the singing to help lift Charlie's spirits and looks so happy in both of the hugs (even using his wing in the first one) which just shows how he actually cares for everyone in the hotel just by body language alone. Also thank you for making this vid, I've been waiting for a vid of just Husk since the first four episodes came out. He's been my fav since the pilot so I love just looking at some of his funny faces in the background.
Idk if it's cannon but Vizzie said that he refuses to use his wings to fly cuz he doesn't accept himself as a demon yet, but in the last episode he finally starts flying!!! My guy is learning self love omg
On the other hand.... its not like he had any choice in the matter. Alastor forced him to work there in the first place. Feels more like him getting accustomed to his cage.
@@kommo1 While that is true, I do think Husk cares about the other people in the hotel as of the finale. Like he calls them his drinking buddies in episode 7 and during 'the show must go on' he's hugging Charlie and the others, trying to inspire her and looks genuinely happy to be helping. While I doubt Husk thinks Alastor is dead since he'd probably still feel his contract, he might think he won't be back for a while since Alastor already just dipped for 7 years. So yes, I doubt Alastor would have let Husk just ditch the hotel during episode 7, he also didn't need to participate in the song to cheer Charlie up (building the hotel is debatable since Alastor might have made him help if he'd been there) or look so genuinely happy while doing so. Hope you don't mind my little rant. I get excited talking about things like this.
@@imhalfhere I think the stuff said in her streams is canon or at least the fandom considers it canon but Def loved that he was flying during the final episode to help repair the hotel and during the fight.
3:09 you know, i just realized, husker never insulted angel specifically. He just said that the scripts were bad, not the acting. Angel may have taken it personally but husker just said the material given to him was garbage (Yes i know he said the interrogation wasnt convincing, but that can still be the fault of the script)
Some people forget that Angel is under extreme violence and abuse every single day, and Val convinced him that he's only good for, you know, _that._ Acting in his movies, obeying his orders, this is why Val tries his best to isolate Angel/Anthony from everyone else. He wants to keep the control over him. Anthony IS a good actor and a good person, he just needed someone like Husk❤ to realize that.
@@Nottrules i have a theory that Alastor's actual soul powers are his radio abilities and the rest of his powers are due to his voodoo knowledge. The radio section of his powers grants him the ability to mess with radio waves and stuff like that so that's probably why he glitches on camera it's definetly on purpose.
He *_truly_* is just _too_ jaded... (at this point...) To appreciate purest happiness, altruism, and _hope_ himself..... _Till_ he has *_someone_* to SHARE it with... that is.
16:26 I love this interaction between Husk and Angel. Shows how they're actually friends by this point and they've connected over the season. Plus Angel has his classic DTF eyes at the end 😂
This screen shot around 6:58 is were I break down in tears. The way husk is trying to reach out to angel, and then he straight up feel really bad for the way his ears go down. I hope for angel to permanently get away from valentino. And for husk to make him a better romantic partner than that bastard 😾 X 🕷.
13:45 Angel taking Niffty's drink, giving to Husk for him to drink both his and Niffty's then screwing his face up afterwards is so funny to me and I don't know why
9:57 i would like to point out that here in these frames where charlie is talking to her dad Niffity gets more psychotic with each frame. 10:14 HUSK SMILLING ON THE BACKGROUND 😭
angel dust: "call me fake again mother freaker" hust dosn't hesitate to say fake again and then angel dust proceeds to get mad to the point he hits his head.
I love how in the last episodes, Husk is starting to smile a lot. Yes, he still grumpy and stuff. But now he's getting along with Angel and the others.
1:20 something i actually really like is the fact that the artists ACTUALLY wrote the script for the sir pentious crack bit on the paper complete with little doodles to show that charlie made it
Husk became my favorite character after episode four. Side note: I love all of the little background animations. Very few animated series do much with background characters, but they're always doing something in this show. It's fun to rewatch just to see what they're doing.
