VERY DISAPPOINTING 🙁! 1. Too many heads but no CEO with HUGE salaries; 2. Too many unnecessary projects (with too little network income ) to justify directors’ compensation; 3. Transparency is questionable as well as vision and goals; 4. Minimal networking to accelerate adaptation compared to their competitors; 5. Doing less on what the company intends, doing more on unnecessary projects leading uncertainty and doubt to us, investors. Should start building its infrastructure, organization, and stay on its goals and missions. 🙏

It's all just fluff to keep retail buying a coin with no future make them rich. It always has been and people are starting to realize is despite the efforts of channels like this one who pretend to sky is blue going forward when the reality is Hedera remains entirely dependent on token dumping to keep the lights on.

Retail know is a useless token, why tvl is the lowest, no users, just few new wallets, not network income/revenue, no self sustainble, retail know they need to sell tokens to survive, to pay montly bills and employes, huge amount oh Hbars every month, each month, and many many many more other resons. Hedera is already lost the most important thing THE GENERAL PUBLIC TRUST And they know this. And they know is not normal for an open source public network. This is the first. HEDERA IS OBVIOUSLY TRUSTLESS Just BitGo could help Hedera pushing the price up to 0,2 Just price action could repair a part of what general public already see it. But they don't need feedback...

@HBARBull @SharkyRob I have heard the current native staking system - at any percentage - is not mathematically sound: revenue comes in as a fixed USD amount (independent of HBAR value), but staking rewards go out as a percentage of an HBAR amount (the amount staked). Those two are not tied together in any way, which means that either side could throw the whole thing into an untenable state. Can you do a deep dive on native staking and if the current model is long term sustainable? Should staking rewards instead be calculated in USD as a percentage of revenue, which is then paid in HBAR?

How do HBAR payments to developers, who then need to convert HBAR to fiat currency to cover expenses and salaries, create selling pressure on the value of HBAR? Is this a factor on Hbar price or not ? anyone ?

Yes. If HBAR is used to compensate any employees including developers they have to sell if they need fiat. This puts downward pressure on the HBAR market.

I think to be fare to all, payments using HBAR should not be used for salaries of any kind. Maybe for exceptional cases where there are targets and performance reached. A salary of $250K is 2.5 million HBAR way to excessive. If HBAR was say $10 then the impact would be minimal.

Bingo 👍 If the price is up to 1$ or more, can't impacted the token price. At up to 1$ or more, daily trading is 10X more hight. This huge amount of Hbars tokens at to small price, every month, each month, is to to to to much and is obviously, this impacted the price. Is same $$$ in value, correct, but impacted 10X more hight the Hbar token price. Is many more reasons who impacted the price, - all payments every month, each month with no any revenue - grants before have revenue from the project

All up those fees are around $3m pa for a $3b enterprise. Tbh i think its a bloody bargain, given the caliber of people we get governing us. No doubt theres full time staff as well so im not suggesting Hedera's operating costs are $3m. That figure is just for the people doing the Governing work.

I've spent a small fortune buying Hbar over the last 3.5 years. I believe in the tech, I'm passionate about it. BUT, I will not be buying anymore if it is to only help line the pockets of Shady Shayne Higdon and others leeches, sorry I mean executives that bring little to no value to Hedera. The average person is hurting, the cost of living is brutal, so any meagre funds I manage to save from here on are going to other projects.

First of all, Hedera knows, the things are already changed and now the gun is not in her hand at all. Now people have the power and the gun is now in people's hand. They are afraid. So the governing council justifies paying the board directors 250,000 dollars because you say they have a lot of risk. So let me ask you what about the risk of everyone buying HBAR? Obviously the council members don't give a da*n about us because in order to pay everyone involved they have to continue to dilute HBAR, which seems to me they are very comfortable doing. My Hbar is down over 10,000 in the past month while others are getting paid 10,000 plus a month. You're welcome.

Hi Brandon - I know you always say you don't do the videos in an official capacity but it seems disingenuous to me. You have freely admitted that you are paid around $10K a month if I remember correctly. For us blue collar guys that is $57 bucks an hour at a full time job. Would you still be paid this sum if you stopped doing the videos entirely?
