Whenever Supreme Court reverses a High court order, it should demote that HC judge to District Judge. There should be accountability for judges. Similarly, when a higher bench reverses a SC order, the judges who gave original judgements should be removed from Judges position. Judgement should be from Constitutional laws, not personal whims of judges. Making law is the absolute work of Legislative, not Judiciary.

We are living in strange times. We have women filing false statements,cases against men but our courts never think the need for gender neutral laws. Supreme Court talks about equality however has never been in the right side of men. How can we trust judiciary system if it’s so biased. If there is no provision of gender neutral laws in India, slowly men would loose faith in judiciary & start taking laws in hand. This would result in catastrophic consequences for the society & country as a whole. 🙏
