This is the same issue I get with the Hdp50 when I just remove the valve block. The numbers jump around. But with a Co2 restrictor and no valve block there seems to be more consistency
Yes this thing is a big version of the HDP. It was even worse before I tried the short piercing pin. At least with this I’m getting a handful of useful shots. I am looking forward to getting a restrictor. There’s a part2 to this video coming out this morning, just a second go around with the short pier spin and the numbers were just a little bit better. I like where you are going trying to get a full 16 shots with better consistency. I dont know if it would even work but i thought stuffing steel wool in the valve. It would serve two purposes. Act as restrictor but also help warm the co2 as the wool provides some surface area.
@@airgunsanonymouslesslethal1904 there would be a possibility of wool getting trapped in the firing pin trying to reset but my thought is course wool might not come apart at all.
@@lesslethalfordummies i see. There ARE thicker gauge wools. Hmm. I was also thinking of puting the Compacts little restrictor in there. oh and also thought of trying different sized rubber washers around the neck of the cartridge.
