Kindly tell me expiry of disbursement after sanctioned the loan? Or can I extend the date if it has a expiry date? One more thing only co -borrower will sign the contract or have to pick additional co-borrower at the time of disbursement?

What are the rules for repayment especially early repayment Say for example loan taken is 10 lakhs for 30 yrs and emi is 7000 and now after 1 yr i wanted to repay 2 lakh then subsequently in next month paid another 3 lakhs and in next month repaid entire balance so this way of repayment is allowed ?

Depends upon the lender. Private lenders totally allow this without any prepayment penalty. Whereas, government banks have certain penalty against paying before the loan tenure.
