I bought it from Amazon connect it to an old switch!! and it works like magic extending 2 big screens over 2 laptops, i will buy all my future gadgets from OREI

I bought the 704 matrix switch and it simply does not work for 4K hdr. The source was an Apple TV and the display was an Optoma 4K projector. The switch would not negotiate the interaction in 4K and kept switching to 1080p at 50hz. I have another switch from a different maker which works perfectly across the same cable length. I wouldn’t recommend this switch. I trying to return my switch but the questions keep coming.

Hi I have a gaming laptop with 1 HDMI port. My first setup was 4 portable monitor asus monitor usb connection. Now I have 2 monitor with HDMI connection and my laptop is only 1 HDMI. In the case of the asus usb monitor I can put a multi usb port and extend the display and see deferents window or task in each monitor at the same time . I can do that with 1 HDMI and the 2 HDMI monitor ?

hi @orei I would like to use 2 computers with dual monitors. Will an HDMI 4x2 matrix be suitable to do this ? 1 laptop with a docking station giving dual hdmi outputs 1 PC using the Hdmi outputs on the graphics card. I want to out put to 2 monitors and have the ability to extend the display I haved a USB hub that allows me to use one set of peripherals with both machines If an HDMI matrix is not suitable, what would you recomend? thanks
Can I connect three camcorders to a Switch and then out to a portable monitor (all this is in hdmi). I don't need to see all three at the same time, just one at a time. Framing shots with multiple camcorders not monitoring all three live.
can you tell me a switch that can switch monitor but the computer won't stop the signal or the pc will keep outputting the signal? that is pc won't see that the monitor has change. can you guide me? i got a switch where as soon as i switch to other input device pc stops the signal and switches back to one display mode.

Be mindful these are only HDMI 2.0 I had to get the Denon HDMI switch that just came out for HDMI 2.1, works with Atmos, VRR, GSYNC, low latency game mode and 4k 120hz.
I know this was posted last year. But so also purchased the Denon and it works nuts sometimes some of the devices I have connected to it won’t display. By unplugging the power and powering it again it resolves it. But it’s like every day. I may have a bad one but if you have this issue would like to know. Thanks!
Can these be connected to an AV receiver that only upscales 4k/30 , no HDR support? Trying to connect my Fire Cube through the receiver and still get 4k, HDR and digital audio. Currently connected directly to the 4k TV.

@@OREI-COM I need help I have a hta5000 sony soundbar it's hdmi 2.1 and plays all audio format I also has ps5 and xbox series x and a lgc1 tv now my problem is when sounbar is connected to tv and xbox or ps5 connected to tv it won't play dts x lg won't accept it but when xbox series x or ps5 connected to to soundbar to tv it plays all audio but lose allm and vrr support because sony soundbar don't have update for that feature yet how I get around it
I would like to connect my pc to a 4k tv and also to a 4k computer monitor. I do not require both outputs to be displayed simultaneously. I would like to change my screen resolution and refresh rate on the TV between 4k60hz and 1440p120hz. My computer monitor will only be displayed at 4k60hz as it does not support a higher refresh rate. Will the matrix uhds-202 work for this setup?
I just want a switch that works. Getting really bored of ordering from Amazon and sending back the next day because what they claim it can do and what it does are two different things. Do I really need to spend £75 on a cable? I miss the old days where a cable was just a cable. You plugged in your CRT scart lead and it just worked.
I’m looking to turn 4 TVs into 1 picture, how they would have in a sports bar to watch 1 game but also have the ability to change each tv separately. Would this matrix switch do the job or is there another I would need ?
With what you are saying a matrix should work but you need to have 4 different sources in order to have 4 different screens which can be changeable. To make all 4 screens to appear as one picture, I think you may have to make others adjustments that I'm not aware of doing. Maybe each output showing a certain section of the screen and lining up the other screens like a puzzle.
I have a TV with three HDMI inputs and a gazillion game consoles, so I'm looking for an HDMI switch that has a gazillion inputs. The TV also has a complex menu system that makes it a pain to switch HDMI inputs. So I have an HDMI switch, but it's a "smart" switch that switches to the active source automatically, and this is a pain in the poo-poo hole because if I turn on my PS4 for example, that makes the TV turn on automatically, and that makes all my other game consoles turn on automatically, and the switch switches to one of the other consoles, so I have to switch it back to the console I turned on. I want a "dumb" HDMI switch that doesn't do this!
