Good recap on Andrew Basha, a teammate of projected top-10 pick Cayden Lindstrom is a smaller winger. For me he is a skilled hard working player with higher potential. Cheers

@@HockeyNationLiveShow Hi Coach, for me I would chase a centermen with the 26th pick like Lucas Pettersson, Julius Miettinen, John Mustard and Dean Letourneau. Cheers

alright as much as habs fans want you to talk about fw ,i would like you to cover some d as well. last season everybody talked about fw , i had to ask elite prospects about reinbacker . so i wouldnt look like a momo if the habs drafted him .i want to hear about siliyev levshunov and all the rest of those sweet sweet d in the 2-10 range . because there are more d than fw imo.

The clips I've seen seem to show him as a guy who avoids physical play and hangs out in the perimeter and he gets knocked off the puck rather easily. He does have good hands and stick handles well. I've also read that he needs to shoot more. Maybe he's a late 1st round or early 2nd rd pick. If we pick him he should probably remain in junior. Sorry coach, not sold on him.

He is going to return one more in Junior. He is going to be out first round in 2024… He is very shifty and smart player. He drives to the net but also having a great shot. Now play with two excellent players that’s maybe the reason why he refuses to shoot the puck. Still any players draft 26 overall pick should take 2/3 years before to play NHL and no guarantee too Thanks Marc

Nice video! But I would be surprised if the Habs keep their second first round pick. I expect another trade for another forward.

It’s definitely an option with that pick. Thanks for your comment today

I would keep the picks, we've been so good in developping young stud defensemen, imagine drafting Alfon Freij with that second round pick, you could definitely develop him and acquire another forward later.

Honestly I know nothing about Basha but there is something to notice with his stats and team. So he went +27 in his second year on a worse team but only +6 on a much better team playing with a future super star Gavin Mckenna whom I feel is a legit superstar. So that leads to me next point Mckenna is only 16 and easily surpassed basha who is 18 so I would say NO Basha is not a good selection i am not even sure I would take him second round but maybe third round I might.

Thanks for your comment but he is going to be pick first round guarantee and maybe not available for the Habs at 26TH

He will probably be gone by the 20th pick, if he fell to 27th would be great for the Habs. Boivert too would be nice.

You are right. Boisvert Basha Hage and Beaudoin are my pick at 26TH Thanks for your comment

Hey Coach, love the take on Basha, but I would definitely love to reunite Lane Hutson with his younger brother Cole Hutson with the 26th overall pick! Would love to get your opinion on this. Furthermore, I think Basha will go before 26th for sure.

I don't like this player. He has made it his bread and butter to rush to the other end of the ring. This won't work in the NHL. He will meet two 6'3" guys at the blue line nothing will work. We need players who can be creative with the puck. We need Sennecke or Catton or Eisernan.
