i love that they started doing these videos. really shows the direction of the team, and the willingness of management to be open with the fans. lets gooo Demidov, lets go habs
I think we all knew we drafted an exceptional player with Demidov. But this documentary shows that we also drafted an exceptional human being. The future is bright. Thanks for this doc, it was amazing !
There's a documentary coming up on Crave in September. It's called The Rebuild. I ve seen the trailer. Looks awesome. 8 one hour episodes all done last year.
En jugeant la vidéo, c'était probablement un échange pour un choix en 2025 au premier ronde, l'un du deuxième ronde, et peut être l'un plus tard dans le premier ronde de cette année. Mais on ne saura jamais heureusement.
I love these behind the scenes videos...really shows the fans the soul of the team and the young guys we have coming up. Very cool. I'm somehow even more hyped for Demidov to put on that habs jersey after watching this.
Demidov's talent is one thing, but the comfort level, and enthusiasm this guy is showing around top guys in the sport is incredible. I've seen guys in their 30's fall apart in front of CEOs and big names...this guy has poise by the truck full. WOW Hage did well, but you could see he was nervous, a bit tight...but still did very well. Demidov is all confidence and swagger...and the dude did his homework. No wonder the Habs were excited to pick this guy. Makes me wonder what the other teams were thinking passing this guy over.
@@dasherman5150 That was probably after the Senecke pick, the next 2 picks would've been either Demidov or Lindstrom and Chicago would've been good with either.
He seemed so happy and shocked that people found his IG account...and based on what and he and his GF posted on it today, the subscriber totals are probably only going to go up, lol.
That was a great video. Thank you for an asolutely amazing draft for the Habs. Pure class, culture, skill, respect for the game and positive energy is oozing from the Habs in this new era . This is what hockey is about, why Montreal is the best place to play hockey and any true hockey fan would appreciates this.
I absolutely love each year to watch the draft évaluation i can't get enough of it its too short it would make longer im sure theres other élément that you could include in this vidéo each year well done 😁👍
Been watching the habs for 20 year+, never been more exited about the next couple of years. Just the sheer amount of skilled high 1st round pick will be insane.
There are 4 moments I just absolutely love throughout an NHL year: NHL Draft, Free Agency Frenzy, Trade Deadline...and those behind-the-scenes Draft videos. Thanks for doing these. I'm SO excited for this team. #GoHabsGo
I loved this vid. It's so interesting to listen to the banter back and forth, as the scouts express their opinions on the relative talents they are looking at. I believe that our management team has put together a top notch player scouting team. We are going to start winning cups again in the not too distant future!!!
Bravo à Yannick St-Pierre! Je regardais toute tes vidéos lorsqu'un draft approchait et maintenant te voilà dans l'organisation du Canadiens! Félicitations d'avoir accompli ton rêve!
Love these habs productions. Would've loved to know the other options and their ipinions on other players that were potential picks. But I don't blame them. It seems like they didn't want to give anything away to let other teams know how they value the other draftees, just in case they trade for them. Lol
So cool hearing Aatos talk about handling the pressure of playing in MTL. Saku will always be my favorite player of all time and i'm so happy we drafted his son!
While it was interesting, there was a distinct lack of focus on the player's feet. It is very important, when evaluating a player, to understand their feet. All drafters should have a booklet with the player's feet in them.
Chicago offered their unprotected 1st round pick next year to Montreal AND also to Columbus, to try and take Demidov. Even Philly made an offer. If any team wanted Demidov, they had to trade for 3rd/4th because Montréal were always taking Demidov. Columbus also declined offers because they really wanted Lindstrom. Thank you Trevor Timmins 😂
Loved seeing the Habs in action! It’s like a real-life sports movie, especially the moments with the players and their families. You can feel the excitement building up! 😄 Can't wait to see how these picks turn out! 🏒
