I wold defo recommend the brother to grow out his hair as much as possible so his line up grows back as much as possible and then get a trim - atleast it wont be a push back then

NO!! You definitely should have put the lineup back at its natural. And do the blend with the mid to high taper to blend the pushback line up to its natural shape! Dam😢

I have the same type of client with the same textured hair. I appreciate the video cuz he trust me to cut his hair. I’m not a barber he just likes the way I cut my hair and I get him right but man it’s a challenge with the curls & everything so I appreciate the advice.

Yo Ken my natural hairline is receding, as a latino i got straight hair and I always ask to keep my top hair long enough in order for it to be brushed down and able to cut a "hairline" into the "bangs". Is there a name for that kind of hairline??? Cause I went to a new barber and dude misunderstood me and left me with long ahh female bangs 😂😂 whole cut was too fkkd to be saved 🤦🏻‍♂️

It's called a Caesar. Look into getting some follicular unit extractions though. It's awesome having hairline. It's worth every penny and the procedure is pretty non-invasive.
