I can almost guarantee I am no where near 70 on glucose most times throughout the day. I am in a near constant ketosis and have been for about 7 months. I feel fantastic and never crashing

I really feel bad for all the professional pilots. Their livelyhood depends on their FAA medical certificate. When they get their preventable diet induced diabetes and never learn the truth its over. Amazing acheivement to restore his medical certificate. Friend of mine flies for UPS. FAA doc never checks his blood glucose. He does have good genes, but wont go keto or carnivore to guarantee s full career.
My brother is a type 1 diabetic and a spoon full of allulose in a glass of water a half hour before meals and it flat lines his glucose on his CGM for several hours, and then it slowly goes up.
He can get an insulin pump. It would make it easier on him. It would be able to communicate with the cgm and initiate treatment and changes based on it. The pump has a basal rate. So the way he describes it seems to come from a misunderstanding.
