Wow!! I watched this on the live...but it's always fun watching these clips over and over again!! Thanks for posting these... Go Garrett...go...The G-man ...
I watch a fair few of these clips now, they're always in my suggestions (possibly 10 or so a week) and Garrett never seems to miss, it's spooky, he's on a total life heater, someone put a link to a session where he runs bad please!!
@@GuansCorner Just because someone is playing high stakes doesn’t mean they cant be a fish dude. It wouldn’t be wrong to think that someone playing 5c 10c could be a better player than someone playing high stakes.
You know poker is dying when people are celebrating lucky players as skillful, oof. You’re Goat lady’s and gentlemen. The guy that gets it in with 29% a sucks out twice. Best to ever do it. Wow, so talented. 😂🤣
Master Sun said victory in battle that everyone calls skilled is not skilled. Master Sun said the battles of the skilled are those without extraordinary victory, without reputation for wisdom and without merit for courage.
I know your point but I'm pretty sure many if not most of the people calling him the goat aren't just thinking about this one, single hand when making that statement .... cmon
Man I wish I ran that good , don’t know why he’s calling oop in 3 bet pot on flush draw board with AJ high though … but the check shove on turn was really good play
Thank you for posting the link to original video....requested awhile back and I thank you for reading my comment and doing so... On another note- Gator looks like ex Prince Harry....
It’s damn near unfair when you are a great player AND you run good when your behind. I don’t know how Garrett even gets non pros to play with him at this point.
Starting to think there's some fuckery going on between Hustler and Garrett. He never seems to miss. Maybe it's just the hands they choose to highlight...
For years before Black Friday he grinded his way up the stakes ladder on online poker and successfully transitioned to being a live crusher after Black Friday. Guy has spent past 2 decades grinding and studying and learning. But it's easier just to call something rigged isn't it?
Obviously there's no "luck". Everything is just variance, and over x amount of hands everyone will run the same. Also, it's clear that Garrett is a great player. Having said all of that, I don't think I've ever in my life have seen someone run so good and so consistently almost all of the time. It's really uncanny how variance just swings his way.
I've been playing poker over 30 years and my opinion on aka PRO or GOAT, is they are super lucky also nice people....THEY ARE BORN TO BE POKER ! So if you aren't lucky enough, don't try to be like them. Poker don't need skill, only need bankroll and positive attitude. (Poker vlogers..you hear me?)
@@schifterrattrap7541 ya just like every rapper, celebrity and anyone else famous lmao. This whole selling your soul bs is so laughable. Let me guess you believe people are aliens and clones too LMAO
@@shaynedonnelly374 why are you getting triggers by a RU-vid comment on someone else lol. Garrett is a classic luck box and always luck out when overplaying his hand.
@@dl5066 I totally agree with you, the selling of the soul bs I find incredibly ridiculous and can’t even begin to understand how someone could possibly believe that to be true. Anyways you have a good day I gotta run, I’m late for a meeting to sell my soul.
Haha I mean if I lost to garret id be angry for like a minute. He’s got this charm thing about him, but don’t get it twisted that’s apart of his game!! But he’s definitely a good image/face for the game of poker as a whole!!! And damn does he run like gump
Can someone explain to me exactly what "$25/$50/$100 + $100 BB ANTE" means? I know a standard game would be 25/50. But they have a 100 straddle so it would 25/50/100. This means that the player after the BB would be last to act preflop, correct? With the $100 BB ANTE, does that mean the BB pays an extra 100 on top of the blind? So they would be putting 200 every time? Would that then make the game 25/200/100?
Your pretty much right it’s effectively 25,50,100 with a $100ante posted into the middle provided by the bb (dead money) the ante is not included in the blinds
