- As a Dallas resident, i can say there is no reason for this many people to be unemployed. This is s big city with a booming economy and tons of work available all the time. If you're able-bodied and unemployed in Dallas, it's by choice.

Back in the days when I was towing out of Dallas, driving into work, I would say its time to go hit the concrete jungle, and soon after I started calling it the Dallas Jungle. This isn't a racial term it was just my word used to let everyone know I was on my way into work.
