I'm sorry that 48-hour Hometime got me spoiled at Marten... get home Friday evening or Friday night you still don't have to leave out until Monday morning and not early Monday morning 8 hour around 8,9,10 am... It's Not Unusual to be home for 60 hours... as long as you're able to make those deliveries... but once you learn the routes and where you can park up at... easy😅

Long as you keep in touch with your dispatcher you'll never be considered late a appointment can always be changed

That's not bad I honestly thought about going to tmc to get my cdl paid for I heard there training is the best when it comes to flat bed work

Same also unrelated to some but they don't do hair follicle as I've heard. It's between them or PAM for me since I'm a felon.

Consider P&S once you get the CDL. TMC is only good for 1 year, after that consider P&S.

@@panamera53 P&S brother. I just recently put my 2 weeks in 2 months ago, my last day was June 28th. Terrific company, friendly, money making and it helps you through thick and thin. I wouldn’t pick another company.

Weekly truck payments can be deceiving. If it's 600 a week, people assume 2400 a month. When really it's x 4.3333, not x 4. So really its 2600 a month. Some months have 5 fridays, some 4. You have to mutiple the weekly by 52 then divide by 12 to get the true monthly.

Tmc is a good company to start with and they train very well for securement but there is absolutely more money out there.

I ain't had no problems dispatcher is Awesome seems like the company is very forgiving they actually treat drivers like humans and not robots anytime I need time off they help me out they never rush me and I'm getting great loads

One experience that doesn’t very is getting bitched at for idling in the summer heat and sleeping away from your family. Found a Crane apprenticeship been on for 2 months. If yall value family life stay away

That’s the exact reason I left TMC was because I was idling the truck while sleeping in the summer so I could have the AC on . After 2 weeks my dispatcher called me and said that I need to cut that down a lot and I said that I can’t sleep in an oven without the AC on all night and then you expect me to drive safely all day ? That was it for me and quit , it’s too bad because I did like the job and the truck was brand new but I have to sleep with AC in the summer . A simple apu unit would cure that problem but they won’t put them in any of their trucks for some dumb reason .
