It's not simple actually. The difference between a world class midfielder and a normal one is in the weight of the pass. If you are passing a ball to your team mate then your teammate should to be able to bring the ball under control with little to no effort. And that way you get a return pass in no time from your teammate. Players like Scholes, Pirlo, Xavi, Iniesta, Ozil and Carrick has all done that. This kid Billy too has that natural talent. Now it's all upto him to decide whether he wants to become a Xavi or a Wilshere.

@Niranjan Rajesh Did that 30+ trophies magically appear from nowhere. It was won through Xavi's contribution to the team aka passing. And is Billy going to play in the current Chelsea side forever? If you didn't know this year is 2020, next year is 2021 and the Chelsea team will also change. All said, he may not achieve that level at Chelsea, he should move abroad to a team suited to his style or to a team like Man City if he wants to stay in England.
