Muscle memory is key here. This man would lose weight faster than someone who has been overweight their whole life. His message is great. But don't believe the social media BS
Respectfully not that much of an achievement he was a trainer before so he already had the base it doesn't matter if you gain 1000 pounds he will go back to the trainer look it's very misleading
@DerpyDraws Essentially, it's where you put on, wait a.k.a. Bulk. And then when you work out and become fit again, you have more definition in your muscles.
First a doctor, than a astronaut, than a delivery guy, than a cop, than a teacher, than a footballer, and now a fitness trainer! Man, this man is a true legend.
Not for everyone. One of my mates granadad is old. Obviously lol ajd in a wheelchair and overweight..its not always a kind set issue it depends on the circumstances. But yh if ur young and not in a wheelchair. Dont have issues that make u gain weight like throyid. Then yh mind set issue but not always@someloser5103
@@jackinetic8023 Yeah sure he was "lazy asf" but still got better physique than you. Why don't you put money where your mouth is and show us how great of a body builder you are that allowed you to have the right to critique someone like him.
Bro this is actually so smart bc a lot of muscle comes from fat so he just bulked the fuck up bc he gained so much fat I bet his muscles are alot bigger than before! W guy proving to his clients that it’s possible with very reasonable limits taking it a day at a time is literally the most realistic thing I’ve seen from weight loss
Actually... Yeah, I started at the gym afer disability and all my muscles were atrophied. I can't do intense workouts because of this so it might take 3 times as long to see results... He on the other hand was healthy and probably also with developed muscles. Still metal af though and hyper motivational. Also Im keeping it up at the gym and I definitely saw results already, not giving up 😊
@@imnotacat5299 by free bulk i mean he didnt intend to bulk, he wanted to help others lose weight in the process he gained weight and lost it, thus free bulk.
Truth is, he’s set up properly with his mental state. That’s why it’s so easy for him to lose the weight. Lots of people who struggle with weight issues are stuck because of stress/anxiety/depression but the beauty of is that exercise and proper diet are a great way to combat those issues. It really is a Catch 22 in a way
@@WojciechowskaAnnaIt not permanent, you're supposed to maintain it. This person never even argued anything about it being permanent anyways, so what are you on about?
@@IDKWhoIam-fy6eg there was more of such coaches (there was one australian who made a movie out of it) - the point is - DID NOT HELPED ANYMONE,, just helped coaches to make career. I did not hear about any of his clients who permamently lost weight. Its just his flex. It is as if NBA players would inspire short men to grow "you can do it, we did it"
@@WojciechowskaAnna your example is genuinely awful and doesn’t apply to this situation at all. And yeah, you can’t permanently lose weight you have to maintain it that’s how weight loss works and if you’re saying they lost it and then it just magically grew back. I’m sorry that’s not how that works.
@@johnflare5925 Key to bulking is to eat more less frequently while doing low rep high weight exercises you wanna slow down your metabolism (How fast your body processes food) by eating less throughout the day and by doing less reps your gaining muscle growth while burning the least amount of calories slowing your metabolism is key to bulking low rep high weight is key to gaining muscle do both
70% exercises/activity and 30% diet. Changing your diet to healthier foods will definitely speed up the process and give your body better fuel but if you don’t change your diet you’ll still lose weight as long as you burn more than you intake. Most weight gain comes from a mix of a bad diet and no exercise. Hell the majority of the US military have a diet consisting of pizza, energy drinks, alcohol, and tobacco 😂 but yet mfs stay in shape. Well most do anyway 😂
I was 68 kg in the start of 2022 and decided to go to a nutritionist for a diet plan. I followed her diet so strictly from February to may. I didn't eat a single bite outside my diet and went down to 56 in just 4 months. Now I am 50 kg. And I did not do any workouts at the time. I only followed the diet. I was so shocked i thought my scale was broken 😅
That might have helped him. He knew beforehand that he could get in good shape. Many people get blocked mentally because they have never seen themselves being fit
And theres people still going to complain that weight loss is “impossible” followed by a bunch of excuses, many props to this guy for showing its hard but doable
@@Damian-MasterSwordsman but i think as a fitness trainer, he should have had that body with muscles, before he started getting fat to prove that he can get good again
Thing is, that it's easier to get back to a fit body then just to get there. Meaning if you never were fit to begin with, it's harder to get there than if you were fit before gaining a lot of weight. It's not just the physical work, but the psychological too.
@@maltosskungkene5098 The hardest thing is typically the time required. Most fat people, myself included when I started and didn't know anything, think it's a much faster process than it is. Yes you lose weight faster than normal at the start if you're very obese and out of shape. But once you get down to the more healthy 1-2 pounds a week mark, it's a loooooong ride depending on how fat you are.
@@thisdude9363 I have a hard time keeping weight on. For me maintaining a weight is as hard as others losing it. I have to force myself to eat when I'm not hungry and try to maintain a schedule. The world is a funny place.
