4:36 I was thinking, "why didnt the gi just hook his foot around the Grey Shirts leg, so he doesnt get lifted up?" Then i saw the white belt. I dont even know if he actually trains or not, but if you get you back taken like this, dont let them lift you up by wrapping your foot around their leg, just below the calf, and use their calf muscle as a catch.
