1st case - The new girlfriend needs to go get her someone who can treat her better! She's too good for this guy. And, I mean this as a compliment to her. 3rd case - The Dad is a true man! He figured out what kind of a relationship he got himself into & dealt with it in a polite manner without causing any drama or problems. And, in the end, came out the winner in a very gracious manner. I hope he can get custody of his son. If the child's raising is left up to his Mom, no telling what kind of life he'll have.

2nd case - the judge was being to harsh on the guy he clearly isn’t a extrovert and isn’t comfortable talking about the conversation. He clearly had reason to be doubtful and the reasons he was giving was completely understandable. He was doubtful cause he seen her speaking sexually to other guys.

2nd Case: she knew there was a high chance he wasnt the dad. When the judge was reading the results she was so scared and taking a deep breath. All that confidence she had saying all those lies went right out the window.

Case 2) my heart breaks for that young man, I hope he got out of there. At 19 years old, he has his entire life in front of him and he needs out of that situation! Every time he opened his mouth, the grandmother would talk over him, put words in his mouth and not allow him to complete a thought. Judge was not fair to him and that grandmother was a big reason.

Case 2: why is the grandmother working two 40 hour jobs? What’s her husband doing? Why isn’t Ashley working a 40 hour job? Why isn’t the guy working a full time or two or more part-time jobs? And no, though the child is a brunette, he isn’t a convincing physical matchup to dad or mom.

Maybe the husband is. Or maybe he's disabled. Or maybe one of their children is disabled/has additional needs and he is their carer. Maybe it's just cheaper for him to be a stay-at-home parent rather than pay childcare costs.

I’ve never once heard the judge say that the physical appearance is an indicator into paternity. I think she’s being doing long enough to know that that’s not always the case.

Because most people lean on physical resemblance to draw their conclusions. But you just can't go by that alone. I've seen it where the baby looks EXACTLY like the father and he turned out not to be. I've also seen it where no one would think the guy was th father because the physical difference are like night and day, but the DNA came back that he's the father. You just can't go by looks...its not 100% - but DNA is.

The judge should be fair and make a disclaimer that if the guy is not actually the father, to not make any declarations asserting he will be there for the kid or assuming responsibility for the child. It is not a decision to be made when handed such distressing news. And it will end up as a statement that the mother will exploit later on, saying that the guy assumed responsibility publicly.

On this show and Maury, there's clear bias against men. Men need to stand quietly for results but women can get up in your face, assault you even, no problem. Part of why being single today is your best option. I always tell young men, don't get them pregnant, don't get married, don't let them move in..

The last case was ridiculous- turns out her husband is the father . Ms Nanez and Mr Anderson both thought baby looks like his side of the family totally crazy both of them . Mr Ross crazy fir calling Mr Anderson to hospital and letting this man sign the birth certificate. Now that this is settled PLEASE take Mr Anderson name off your child birth certificate and have that baby to stop calling him daddy. Actually Mr Anderson would not be taking care of my baby from that point 😢

Third Case: another example which proves women who sleep around simply have no idea who the real father is. This happens time and time again on this show.
