The car is definitely badass! I think the turbo will quiet it down a little, though. I have a single turbo on my coyote, and it sounds waaay quieter than when I had a full exhaust.

Yes, much quieter. Turbos act as mufflers until in boost. I have a tt 4v swapped new edge with a single 4” pipe out of the pass bumper, not really loud at all, but I prefer that

Love it !! IMO the only thing it needs is the MMD side view mirrors with the matching red color piece on the front of the mirrors, had em on my new edge. They fit the new edge look better than the 94-98 carry overs. I have an 06 GT now, had a 00 GT for like 17 yrs. Always a place in my heart for new edges !

Pretty much the end game for mine...I'm just not doing the cobra bumper and spoiler. I really am feeling the Roush 360 and 380 body kits from 02 and 03. 4" cowl hood all day in America though.

This car is dope, but there are so many new edge mustangs rolling around with cobra cosmetics that when I'm out in my KB terminator people ask if I've done anything to it or is it still stock with 260hp☹️. I just say it sure is stock... then hurt their feelings 😂.

That’s my future dream car, besides wanting an S550 mustang, I wanna get another new edge and coyote swap it, get a gen 3 with either a 6r80 or a 10r80 and make it into a beast, definitely add a cobra jet intake manifold and a turbo 😈

It is clean but the 2v and 3v with a cam sounds so good you just have to build the crap out of it. But you can't go wrong with a coyote though.

You don't have to "build the crap out of it" heads and cams and forged internals they can make 1000 wheel reliably. I wouldn't consider that "building the crap out of it" that's a pretty simple setup. But yes on stock motor a coyote makes more power of course it's better setup factory but it also costs alot more as do the cars and trucks that they come in (compared to 2v and 3v vehicles)

Coyotes are great motors i just was never a fan of the sound of them. Boosted 2vs rip. Not a fan of sunroof but love the color and new edge 👌🏼

They sound way better when they're not catless and Corsa extremes like everyone seems to run. I think the 2V style mid mufflers gives them a way better sound.

Coyote swaps are cool but I'm going for a teksid build...period correct for my 99 and they handle massive power...I own tko restorations mystic chrome gt that was featured at mustang week 5 years ago...its only got a 2v in it and I call it a crown vic with a stick but the engine I'm picking up for my build came out of a low mile 98 Lincoln Mark VIII that was in a wreck but with the help of MMR I'm going to build a serious track/street car...not much into drag racing...I like to go fast in a straight line but I also like to corner carver as well and that's where maximum motorsports and stifflers come into play and I'm also thinking about some team z through the floor subframe connectors...I live 2 miles from team z and about 9 miles from NPD so I can get a lot of stuff locally.

That mustang is so nice. Yea hate to say it but he’s going to rule the streets by being one of the fastest once he puts the boost. He’ll definitely be faster than blucifer and joe mustang the whipple, still waiting to see who’s faster between them two…. But over all very sweet mustang and that red is really nice……

All the mod motors sound killer. Everyone always saying the 2v sounds the best when the 4v owns the 2v. It has all the same sounds a 2v does and more. I'm talking about 4.6 and 5.4/5.8 4v motors the mod motors with the old school firing order. The 3v sounds good they all sound good but the 4v is the best.

Ok . With in 1 minutes i have a comment . You can easily get a 2 vsvle to 800hp . 700 wheel hp . Lok it up . Hundreds of 2 vavlers are doing it . Plus and half the cost of a yote swap . Some have hit 900 to 1000hp on a 2 vavle . Don't get me wrong coyote are frickin awesome but think about it .

As long as my car body doesn't rust out I plan to do the Coyote swap in my 02 GT but I don't plan to do a supercharge or turbo. Just having a "sleeper" car with the GT emblems would be cool when someone challenges me. I've heard that the Coyote swap is relatively easy for a New Edge but it seems that the 4R70 will need to be changed out or replaced with a manual tranny. Sounds like a lot of money and work.
