I run a terex front discharge concrete truck building roads for border patrol on the border in southeast az. We start at 1am when it’s mid 90s some mornings and 105 by 9am. Monsoons just started to it’s 60% humidity at 110 by 1030-11. We’re pouring roads 10-15% grade. So steep a 4” slump just runs away. These concrete guys are some of the e hardest working men I’ve ever met. Most of everyone including myself on the project is early 30s and younger. Some of us are still looking to work hard and make money the right way.

I think there comes a time when helping someone out like JR that you really need to think hard and see if he's helping or causing more of an issue. When he shows up on a job, just stands around or should I say lean around and not take any initiative to do anything. . . like would rather lean on the equipment and wait for someone else to come over and check the gas, or stand there and expect someone else to move a tool thats in his way instead of just picking it up himself. and then start bossing around the other employees. WOW, Im sure it makes for a possessive atmosphere and job site for the others to work on. I mean don't get me wrong, Jr bring comedy to the vids, however I think a little more work and initiative out of him and him showing that he is actually somewhat interested in doing something.
