There are definitely more problematic heroes than TA but I would say that her being this strong even with mageslayer completely destroying her defensive refraction charges shows she is really strong too.

shroud is kinda needet atm because there is so much manaburn because every team gets 1-3 disperser. You cant tank at all withoput having 0 mana otherwise.
