I wonder if watchers really get turned on or off. For example, ok it became different topic, so why not just calmly say “ ok we have establish the chronological question, now let me answer this ..” it was a great opportunity to talk about why Shia and Sunni differ and that it’s more about personal opinion rather than religion. You put these videos online so it’s way beyond the person you are debating with. I believe it go a long way if your focus would shift a bit that way. May God reward you!

Some islamic sect just like the Christians like to put ambiguous meanings and interpretations into the Quran to support their positions. They like to put meanings in the Quran but when investigated is not in the Quran.
