What a Serena place with beauty n calm. Hope both of u enjoyed this trip. Actually Cherry has full.of anti oxidents compared to Raspberry even though Raspberry is tasty. Any fruit which is completely Red r brown will b loaded with anti oxidents, poly phenols etc. So berry is best in.nutrition point of view
