Say Ciao! We are back! In this episode we trim the trees on the side of the house to open up a stunning view of the valley. We encounter a huge water problem on the land and prepare for the biggest festivities of the year in Corvara. We also share our future plans for the channel.

Watching your videos first time. CORVARA is a mountain area. The vintage house and chapel are nice to see. Olive orchards are beautiful after pruning the twigs. Good to watch

When I lived in Sicily my lovely mother in law used to bake her own bread twelve loaves I have never tasted bread as lovely as hers of course she passed away now and I divorced her son but she left me lovely memoriesxxxx she worked so hard for those she loved

I used bunches of dried St. John's wort to prepare a grape vodka (grappa) tincture . The tincture is tasty and beneficial for the digestive system when consumed in reasonable quantities. Just put a bunch of dry herbs in grappa, close it and in a couple of months it’s ready.

That is exactly what i was thinking - electric portable fencing with sheep and goats to eat the tall grasses (sheep) and the branches and brambles (goats). Looks like there would be much too for a compost heap to start for a garden.
