Yeah he had a very good 11 - 5 2017 season then started 6 - 2 in 2018 then the awful TJ Watt of the Pittsburgh Steelers hit happened and by the time he played in New England in 2020 he was washed. He went way downhill so fast. Everyone always points to that TJ Watt hit when they summarize his career and ending.

Cam was once the NFL's MVP, but he's never been it's best quarterback. I'd give it to you if you add the label dual-threat.

After Super Bowl 50 everything changed I thought give Cam about 3 or 4 years he'll be back in the Super Bowl but that didn't happened

He didn't disappear. It was constant injuries and his inability to work through them. I don't think people realize how hard it is to come back over and over again from injury.

He was amazing in college. But the fact is it all came crashing down after Super Bowl 50. Cam just wasn’t the same afterwards and teams took notice and exploited his weaknesses. Just couldn’t recover from that loss.

Honestly the team he was on never tried to get him setup with protection, seriously how many years was he behind one of if not the worst o-line in the league the only reason is wasn’t so obvious some years was the run game and the qb being a beast of a hunan. Still pissed he beat my packers while setting records but dude played his ass off. I give respect to him just wish he had a team that believes in his ability and protected him instead of what they did.

Most quarterbacks when on the sideline are looking at a tablet and a coach to see what is working and what is not. Newton didn’t do that. Just put a towel over his head and waited for the defense to get done

The title is not accurate. He was good for a few seasons, but I do believe his lack of humility played a role with his demise along with his injuries.

Yes Lauren I agree with you 100% without no doubt about it but let's be honest here as a kid growing up in North Carolina I was 8 years old when the Panthers came to the NFL as the brand new team all I'd ever wanted was to see the Carolina Panthers to win it's 1st ever Pro Football Championship the Super Bowl that is in 2003 vs Patriots in Houston,TX after they tied the game 29-29 I will never ever ever will forgive or forget John Kasey kicking the ball Out Of Bounds for no reason whatsoever on the KickOff at the same time it certainly HURTS to think about it but without that kick Out Of Bounds Kasey could have kicked it in the EndZone for the Touchback putting the Patriots at the 20 yard line on a 80 yard drive the Panthers Defense would've made a stop on either a sack or a Interception who the heck know? And that's why I Hate a Panthers franchise team cause now I'm a Steelers Fan since 2008 at age 21 before turning 22 after the Steelers won it's 6th Super Bowl Titles vs Arizona because of Roethlisberger threw a picture perfect pass to Santonio Holmes at the right time 13:50
