He wanted equality between monsters and heroes as heroes always win win and monsters never get the chance to win. Although he was not bad but just wanted equal treatment
@El_Abyss some of the "monsters"/ villains had good intentions like for example hammerhead just wanted to make a society where you didn't have to deal with working all the time and be supported if you decided not to work.
