Head Blade MOTO Review

my go to is the Moto as well however I have used the ATX on occasion when I go while without shaving my head, it seems to be better for longer hair. I'm a 4 and 3 blade guy as well I even mentioned that in my blade review I did. I find the head slick to be the best option for head shaving for me at least. @@30DayReviews Thank you! I've watched quite a few of your reviews and definitely like and share your recommendations. Like you, I am a very traditional person, used brush and shaving soap. I will definitely watch the bee bald review. Now, I wanted to ask you, as traditional and old fashioned as I am, I've never tried a double edged razor, if I am not mistaken, at one point that was your preferred shave, which is something that I have seen and heard. I guess I never got to try them because I found them intimidating but very effective and am still curious enough to give it a try on a conventional shave (face). What are your thoughts? The way I see it, the right technique is the essential factor. Any recommendations or review you have published as far as the right technique and products when using a good old fashioned double edged razor? Thank you again for your sharing your experiences in an objective, clear and honest fashion!

@@30DayReviews blades hb4 yes. For headblade moto and atx. I use moto and atx shark in winter bicause i shave my head every 2-3 day. In summer i use hb6,because I shave my head evry day! After thayers witch hazel and headlube glossy o clearhead and headlube glossy. I like your videos! One question headblade sport hb3 is good?I like my head very baby smooth!

the sport to me is the closest shave and Im a huge fan of hb3s. it may take a bit of getting used to the blade leading the body opposed to how the moto is set up though. I find the moto is the best all-around option though and the one I recommend to all bald guys to start out with.

I m 35years old and i razor my head 17years! With mach3 turbo, headblade 2012 with atx and 2 years moto.with moto five-seven minute shave my head.i like headslick, but i use shaving cream with brush proraso,Taylor, cremo shave cream original formula, palmolive ,rasorock, wsp gaelic cream...exscusmy for my english, i m italian! With headblade for me is queek shave and very smooth. Where do you come from?

yup id have to agree however if you like the sport and want a hybrid definitely check this MOTO out its all i am using now and im picky about how close it gets. this even gets close with longer hair!!!

Hello man! For me headblade moto hb6 is the best razor for my head.the same atx shark. Sport i don t now!

Have not used that one.

I would have to say that it is! although there is some learning curve so if you don't like the shave the first time keep at it and you will soon be getting just as close of a shave and a regular disposable razor

umm without seeing what piece your talking about I can't really help you there however if you check out head blades website they have some great how toos there along with a youtube channel as well that I'm sure will be able to help you out

Loving the moto myself still

What parts are you worried may break? I have had one Moto break however I do believe it's an old one that had the issue of the suspension part breaking however it was also about three years old and it's suggested to get new one each year. Like anything they where out eventually. If you use them as intended the last allot longer.

@@30DayReviews I have heard the part where it swivels broke from 2 reviews on Amazon and one other person said about the pivot broke after about 3 weeks I would really like to try the moto which is the better of the 2 moto or atx

as of right Now I probably Will NOT be doing a demo shave. and yes it is allot easier then a handled blade you can take nice long strokes with this and its hard to do that with a handled razor

interesting info. I personally would rather not have to modify a blade for it to work. I also don't mind paying a little extra to help support a great company like head blade. head blades razors last me a month as Ishave every couple of days. but might come in handy for others so thanks for the info

they do sell the adapters and from what I have seen all razors that use that type of system where out after awhile. the only issue with the adapter is that the 3 blade is not made for a 4 blade razor otherwise it works great I'm still on my first one with the 4blade and no issues for me yet anyway. I have never had an issue with the connection part to the razer. thanks for the watch and the comment.

Head blade is just a low sitting shaver typical normal shaver that sits lower. HB is only concerned with being represented by mma fighters. BFD. Omnishaver is back and forth, no waste movement shaver. IT STROPS AND SELF SHARPENS ITSELF. I USED HEAD BLADE FOR 10 YEARS AND THREW THEM AWAY.. OMNISHAVER, ONLY WAY TO GO.

I will be doing a comparison video of the two in the future so stay tuned to see my thoughts and we can have this chat there :) but I will say that they both have there plus and minuses. Glad you found a razor that works better for your head, though that's good. since you used HB for 10 years then I'm guessing that you liked their products when you used them. thanks for watching and commenting I look forward to talking to you in my upcoming video about the mentioned products!

I would ha e to disagree I had a head blade last me for years. The Moto comes with the 4 blade rasor. The three blade is my favorite personally. Sounds like you may have gotten the rare defective one from manufacturing. Also a possibility of pushing on it too hard that made the head snap. I know they did have to change the plastics on the Moto when it very first came out due to issues as well. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. ​@@30DayReviews A friend of mine also ordered a HeadBlade ATX a few months earlier and had similar problems. I ordered mine from Amazon.co.uk back in August and he got his earlier in the year. Perhaps going for the cheapest option (the ATX) was relevant to my experience however. I felt the marketing video was over-sold and it has been marketed as a wonder-product. showed a poor representation in terms of the actual scale-size of the product which turned out to be fdar smaller than expected (more like a Happy Meal toy) The main issue/complaint was the poor quality of the blade. I've never had any variety of disposable razor break in such a manner before, and some are particularly difficult to detach and withstand a bit of force to do so. It's more likely for the clips on the actual disposable blade to fail due to wear and tear than the actually handle head itself. This rendered the entire device useless. So I doubt it's an isolated problem, but being aware of the fragility of the head and possibility it may snap off would encourage me to handle the head-blade delicately in future. Not something that can always be done considering the variation in method required to shaving one's head. You can tell it's a design flaw I had my hopes up and was disappointed to be honest, I totally support what the creators of the head-blade are trying to do - there are few dedicated options out there for shaving heads .

Your right about the clip that the blade clips into they wear out and that's why replacement blades come with that particular attachment so that you can replace it when it wears out. Not sure what video you saw but most of them I have seen always shows it in use or in the hand. The ATX I found to not be great with the 3blade razor and also one of my least favorite Headblade products as it does not work well on my head. However, I do use it when my hair gets longer as it seems to work better for the longer hair. I have only ever had one headblade unit break on me and that was the MOTO and that was after years of use. I still have my original Headblade sport as a travel razor and works great to this day. Did you happen to watch any of there how to use videos? you really don't put much pressure on them at all and they can take a little getting used to as its much different than using a regular blade.
